"Oh, oh!"
The little witch jumps around, in excitement.
"I have an idea."
Rufus grunts, annoyed. The whole time, it was comfortably quiet, but now, it´s gonna be noisy again.
"Remember the signs, the ghost lady did? I wouldn´t say we use the same ones, but we can do something similar. What do you think?"
The wolf just listens, thinking of where this will be going.
"You know, I could do some hand signs, that have a specific meaning. And when I whistle, that´s the signal, for you, to look at my hand, so that you see the sign and know what to do. You get what I mean?"
Another grunt, but he doesn´t seem to have anything against it. The witch yawns.
"Alright, we can practice this tomorrow. I´m tired."
He´s about to search for a place, to rest, but Rufus has different plans. The beast bites into the hood, of the small person´s robes, and starts carrying them. "Hey!"
Sag struggles, to get free, which isn´t really working.
"What are you doing? Let me go!"
Seconds later, they´re both sitting in a little cave. Rufus nudges the person in front of him, with his nose, to try to get them out of their sulking state. "No, I´m mad at you. I can walk on my own, you know? You didn't need to carry me, like a little child."
Rufus licks the witch´s face, completely ignoring their words. "Hey, hey, stop it."
he sighs.
"Imma get some sticks, for a little fire."
The witch gets up and leaves the cave. A few minutes later, he is back, trying their best to light the wood.
"How is this supposed to work?" With a sharp exhale of frustration, he lets go of the sticks and gives up his fourth attempt, to make a campfire. Then he gets an idea. He takes out the book, that he took with him, and searches through it. "Ehh, not exactly what I am looking for, but also interesting.." he shows the site to his resting friend. Whatever is written there, the wolf can not make any sense out of it. It also shows different  pictures, such as blood and weird drawings.
"This, apparently, is a spell to bind a creature or person to another creature or person. Like, making a person your servant. It also lists all the advantages of it.."
Sag looks at the creature, clearly indicating something. Rufus, however, shows no sign  of interest.
"..sorry."
he takes back the book and keeps searching. After a while, he finds a low-class fire spell, that isn´t used for fighting. The witch reads through the instructions and then concentrates. Rufus looks at him, wondering what they are trying.
