Ch 28 Ishani

The midnight's freezing breeze came from the window opening my eyes due to the sudden shiver it caused . I wanted to get up but Ritesh had caught me so tightly I couldn't escape from his embrace . Due to trial of pulling my saree over us he got up .

'Oh sorry I dint mean to wake you up .'

He pulled me close and said 'feeling cold love.'

I nodded .

'Come let's go up .' he said .

'No I am weak in my legs and you can't carry me up .'

'I am too sticky' He said I looked down at him immediately he lifted my chin up and said

'So are you lets take bath sweet heart '

'Right now '

'Ya right now I can't go to bed like this .'

He got up and sat on the couch his fare skin was sparking in the candle light and his green eyes had the same spark the same spark which was there when we met for the first time and no matter how hard I tried to not fall for him . I fell harder than I thought .

He looked at me and said 'What happened Isha .'

'Nothing I just want to disappear from this world and stay with you in this room here in this library .'

'Isha life is incomplete without the difficulties ,I know you won't agree but if there are no problems life isn't enjoyable .' He said .'Ofcourse when someone has faced what you have faced they look at life negatively , think ne.......'

I placed a finger on his lips .

'With you I don't look at life negatively anymore ' I said .

I thought that he would be happy but suddenly his expressions changed as if he was upset I placed my hand on his cheek and said .

'What happened Ritesh you aren't happy now that I want to live .'

He dint say anything he looked away from my eyes for a few minutes and said 'Promise me '

'What to promise Ritesh '

He caught my hands in his and said 'Now even I turn into a bad man you won't loose the want of living , you will live as long as God wants you too . You will never loose hope ,never no matter what circumstance you have to face no matter what your heart goes through .'

'Even if God comes and tells me that my Ritesh is evil I won't believe him ' I said .

Again he went uneasy and then looked at me and said .

'Leave that Isha just promise.'

'Why are you so behind me to promise you this .'

' Cause I can't be with you every time Isha .' ' Look I want to stay with you but you know right I have to go back to work .Isha I have to leave this place someday or the other . Even though you don't feel I am there with you I will be there for you remember that but now I have to leave this place soon .'

'But you are sick Ritesh .' I said placing my hand on his cheek and making him face me .' A tear rolled from my eye . He wiped it with my finger .

'Darling don't cry this is the truth . I am telling you this is nothing , you have lot more difficulties left to face the path is going to be rough from now on .'

'Don't leave me .' I hugged him .He too hugged with me as tight as he can .

'I don't want to leave you Isha . I promise you even if you leave I won't ever leave you .'

I slapped him .

'Awwwww' He cried .

'How dare you say I will leave you how dare you ???' I started slapping his bare chest . He caught both my hands in his one hand .Pulling me close with my hands caught in his he said .
