So far, school has proved why everyone hates it so much quite well for Taehyung and Jungkook. 

Today, the two were informed that they must meet their teachers in the science classroom after class. 

Of course, neither knows the other will be there.

Since the universe loves them so much, right before their meeting, they just happen to run into ech other in the halls.

Taehyung immediately scrunches his nose at the sight of Jungkook.

"Ew. Who let the trash in?"

Jungkook smirks that annoying, alluring smirk of his in response.

"I was wondering the same thing. The smell seems to be coming from you."

Taehyung rolls his eyes, ignoring the slight skip of his heartbeat.

"Oh please, at least I don't look like I rolled out of bed and called it a day."

Jungkook crosses his arms, his smirk, to Taehyung's dismay, disappearing as soon as it came.

"Atleast I don't look like a bad boy 24/7."

Taehyung laughs, eyes sparkling with mischief. It's conversations like these, he realizes, make coming to school marginally better. 

"Aw, poor baby couldn't come up with something better. I was expecting more creative criticism from you."

Jungkook scoffs, his ego clearly bruised. He narrows his eyes, momentarily distracted by Taehyung's annoyingly perfect features. 

Whatever, Jungkook thought, He's nothing special.

"Please. I have much better things to do with my time than talking with someone with the same IQ level as an ant."

At this, Taehyung is annoyed. Jungkook loves getting under his skin.

But, Taehyung couldn't let Jungkook have the last word.

"Oh I'm sure you do, Jeon. Have fun conversing with your pathetic lot of friends."

With that, Taehyung stalks off, ignoring his Jungkook's annoyed expression behind him and his own racing heartbeat. 

Jungkook, meanwhile, does exactly that: converse with his "pathetic" lot of friends.

He runs up behind Jimin and playfully jumps on his back, causing the older to stumble forward.

"Jesus, Jungkook! You literally knock the air right out of me when I see you," Jimin says with a wink and finger guns.

Jungkook cringes. "Gross, dude."

"Please never do that again," Hoseok adds, shaking his head as he opens his locker.

"Hobiii!" Jungkook exclaims with a smile and gives a bear hug to Hoseok.

"Man, today's classes are shit," Jimin complains with a sigh.

"At least you're not getting a tutor," Jungkook mutters bitterly.

Hoseok drapes his arms on his friends' shoulders with a grin. "Cheer up, guys, I'm sure life'll turn up at some point!" he replies enthusiastically.

"Whatever, I gotta head to class. You know how English teachers are," Jimin says with a wink towards Jungkook.

"Speaking of which, good luck with your tutor situation, dude," Hoseok says, voice totally optimistic as if Jungkook's life isn't ending at all.

Later that day, Taehyung and Jungkook head to the science classroom after class for their meetings with their teachers.
