Chapter 34

Andrea's pov

I asked Sebastian to come over so we could talk about my endeavours. I need to ensure that we are on the same page when it comes to this contractual marriage. As we stood before each other I dove straight into the elephant in the room.

" Sebastian I need clarity of something here. What kind of relationship did you and Ria have ?I mean you guys did had believed you were to get married at some point," I shot that question towards him  because this has been troubling me. I'm curious about their relationship.

" First and foremost we were friends and we never really dated because well obviously she is a minor and I had to respect her. All of your brothers would have had me murdered if I had ever touched Ria. We decided to wait. We were going to get to know each other as boyfriend and girlfriend once she turned 18 and then get married once she is 21 and she has graduated." He explains carefully, making sure to not leave any room for doubt.

" So there were no feelings whatsoever? No one fell for the other?" I pressed for more information.

" Nope, we have always been good friends I love her a lot but I have never been in love with her. It has always been difficult for me to see her in that light, probably because she happens to be my best friend's little sister. To tell the truth I'm glad It's you that I'm supposed to marry, not that there was anything wrong with Ria but she was a bit young for me you know," he says as he shrugs his shoulders. I nodded as I was intrigued by his sincerity.

"So you have no problem with the arrangement whatsoever? Galanis I find it hard to believe that you just decided to go with the idea without putting up a fight." Sebastian asked as his eyebrows arched.

" I have just decided to accept what I cannot change and change what I cannot accept," I reply vaguely. I don't think he understood what I meant because he looked even more confused than before.

" Listen Sebastian we will have our own arrangements , well I will just tell you the rules I will play by . This is how our little marriage is going to be like, it's not a love marriage it's a marriage of convenience. You do not question me or get involved in my business, what I choose to do with my time is my business. You have needs, I have needs, we both know how to satisfy each other's needs so believe me Mr Leroy when I say that sex will be the pillar of our marriage. Lastly do not fall for me, I can never love nor can you love me, I mean it." I go on as I stipulate all of my conditions regarding this marriage.

" I'm more than happy about the frequent sex. I can respect your rules but let's add another one, let's be friends  it will make things so much easier between us. I probably need to stop calling you Galanis since you are going to be my wifey. How about Andrelina?" He said as his eyes lit up and he flashed his killer smile.  The name sounds weird to me it rhymes with ballerina so no.

" No don't call me Andrelina, Galanis is fine,  I like it plus you are the only one who calls me that so you already have special privileges to me Sebastian.  I don't know about being friends but I know that I can trust you, I can feel it in my gut. So we do this and we do it my way, I don't know when the wedding was supposed to happen but I have decided that you and I will get married next month." I tell him what I have decided. I probably sounded bitchy but I didn't care I can't take it I'm a bitch.

We then decided to call the whole family to the living room so we could tell them that we have decided to get Married in a month.

"Let's put up a show, don't give unnecessary information," I tell Sebastian before taking his hand as we walked in holding hands. We expected the stares, most of the family members were taken by surprise, except  Aunt Kim, Alexandria and Allesio. I also noticed that Lucas wasn't present, he is probably in the basement torturing father for dear life.

"Well family we have asked you here because we want to make an important announcement. Sebastian and I are getting married in a month. We have thought it through, I'm of legal age, it was bound to happen and I think he will make me happy," the last part was a lie. I knew he couldn't possibly be able to make me happy, no one could, not in this lifetime.

" Wow I did not see that one coming. Did we miss something because I mean it's only been 24 hours since you found out that you are arranged to marry each other and you have already brought the wedding date closer. To say I'm shocked would be an understatement Sorella," Alex is the first one to respond to the news and he expresses his grievances.

" Congratulations, you guys do indeed make a stunning couple. From the bottom of my heart I hope you find happiness," Alexandria  says after walks up to us and gives us both hugs. I couldn't help but feel that those words were directed to Sebastian.

" If I were to say that I'm happy with this news then I'd be lying but like you said Andrea it was bound to happen. Though what is bothering me is why you have decided to do it so soon, I mean you could have taken a few years to get to know each other before tying the knot don't you think?" Allesandro said

Oh shit I knew this was coming, as I was about to explain Lucas barged in, out of  breath. Was he running a marathon or something.
" He is gone, Zeus has escaped," he shouted loudly enough for everyone to hear. The room went silent. How could he be gone, the last time I saw him he was with Mama.... But why would Mama let him out because I was almost certain that the sisterly  affection she had once had for him vanished the moment she found out he was the one who has taken me.
