Third person's pov

A week had passed since Alexander Bianchi's tragic death. Isabella Bianchi's world remained shattered, her soul crushed beneath the weight of grief. Her husband, Allesandro, clung to life, his condition unchanged.

Today, the Bianchis would bid farewell to their beloved Alexander. The funeral procession wound through the city, a somber testament to the family's suffering. Mourners filled the church, paying respects to the 15-year-old boy.

As the service began,Andrea began her heartfelt eulogy. Tears streamed down faces as memories of Alexander's brief, vibrant life flooded the minds of those gathered

"Today, we gather to celebrate the life of an extraordinary young man, taken from us far too soon. Alexander, my dear fratellino, your time with us was brief, but your memory will be eternal.
Your bright smile could light up a room, and your infectious laughter brought joy to all who knew you. Your bravery and selflessness inspired us all, and your love for our family was unwavering. Growing up alone, at some point I wanted to have siblings, you were the brother I wished to have as a little girl. I spent the shortest amount of time with you but we did make great memories together. I remember the way you'd make me laugh, you followed me around everywhere , and the way you'd  always claim with boldness how you would protect me with every fiber of your being....and that's exactly how you left this world , protecting me.

That bullet was meant for me  but you didn't hesitate. You gave your life for mine, and I will carry that weight forever.
As I stand here I vow to honor your memory, to avenge your death. Today, I reclaim my true identity. I renounce the last name Galanis, a name given to me by those who sought to erase my existence and strip me of my birthright. From this day forward, I will be known as Andrea  Aurora Bianchi, daughter of Isabella and Allesandro Bianchi ,sister of Alexander, Italian Mafia princess and mafia queen. Those who took my brother's life will feel my wrath" Andrea said boldly. Even though Zeus was dead, Armando was still alive .

The room erupted into a mixture of shock, admiration, and tears. Andrea's transformation was complete, she had found her true self, and with it, a purpose that would drive her forward.

No one expected her last statement, she had refused on numerous occasions to change her last name and  here she stood changing her entire identity, reclaiming what was taken from her.

As the pallbearers carried Alexander's casket to the gravesite, Isabella's fragile composure disintegrated. Armani enveloped her hand in his, offering a steadying grip, while his other hand gently grasped her shoulder, providing a comforting anchor.

Beside them, Alexandria Bianchi stood eerily still, her expression frozen in a silent mask. Since the devastating news of her twin brother's passing, she hadn't shed a single tear, nor uttered a word. The once-vibrant spark in her eyes had dimmed, replaced by an unsettling numbness. As the mourners dispersed, the Bianchis remained, frozen in grief. The sound of dirt falling onto the casket echoed through the silence, a heartbreaking reminder that Alexander was truly gone. The Bianchis' world would never be the same.

Armani's pov

We were all having dinner after we returned from the graveyard. Nothing is the same, the house is gloomy and two chairs are empty, we are incomplete. Nothing can fill the void that has been left in all of our hearts. There was silence all around the table, the only sound that could be heard was that of the utensils and plates clicking. Suddenly Alexandria scoffed, we all looked at her because she hadn't spoken a word since she had returned from the hospital. We were even surprised she was amused by something right at this moment.

" Aurora Bianchi. Why now? Why did you decide to become a Bianchi all of the sudden? Daddy finally disappointed you huh?" Ria mocked. I was surprised that came from Ria, she had never been one to mock others. I for one am very happy that Andrea has taken up our last name and she is using Aurora as one of her names, I mean I was the one who named her Aurora afterall.

" I thought about it a lot and I saw it fit to renounce the identity of the man who hurt me and destroyed my soul." Andrea said in a dismissive tone.

" You did the right thing Andrea and I'm glad you finally saw Zeus for what he truly is. I told you from the beginning Amorina, you are a Bianchi through and through. I think dad would be really happy about your decision...... Alex too." Antonio added

" How convenient. You are a Galanis when you feel like it and a Bianchi once you are sick of being a Galanis, must be nice to be you, sorella." Ria said with a lace of sarcasm. I don't know what is going on with Ria, she is really not herself. I think Alex's death is really getting to her. Before I could say anything Aurora spoke up .

" Ria do we have a problem? Cause where I'm standing it seems like you have an issue, just say what you want to say and say it straight, what exactly is your problem?" Andrea said. I could see her blood was getting warm as she was getting irritated by Ria's ranting.

" You! You are my problem Andrea, Aurora or whatever you want to call yourself. You take everything away from me. You came into this family and took my place but that is all good, I had always been warming your seat anyways because I could never hold a candle to Aurora, the girl who never was but who lived in all of their hearts. My whole life I have been competing with a girl who didn't exist, you were dead, you were the daughter they always wanted and not me. You took Sebastian, I loved him and you went and married him and led him to his demise, and now you take Alex from me? He was my twin all I had left and you took him too. How much are you going to take? When is it enough? You like a  magnet, you attract trouble from all directions. Ever since you came here our lives have been turned upside down. You have destroyed us, it is your fault this family is incomplete, dad, Alex, everything is yours and that cunt you call a father's fault." Alexandria uttered malicious words as she expressed her frustrations.

" Hey, back off Ria. You can't blame Andrea for what happened to dad or Alexander's death, that is unfair and that is beneath you. Come on be nice Bambina." Lucas stated, trying to defend Andrea.

" She is right, everything that  befell this family is because of her. We were better off without her here," Alessio interjected. I didn't miss the hurt that flashed on Aurora's face as she sat and listened to Ria and Allessio's words.

" Don't be an idiot Allessio, this wasn't Aurora's fault. Take what you said back before I make you," Ace threatened while looking at Allessio's direction.

" Fuck you Ace! Since when are you such a pushover?
Why can you not see the damage she has done to this family? The Russians should have kept her." Allesio blurted out and not a second later a punch landed on his face. Antonio's fist connected with Allesio's jaw, sending his chair scraping backward. Allesio stumbled, regaining balance, his face reddening and then charged at Antonio.

Grandfather  raised his voice as he tried to put an end to the fight"Stop! This is madness!" His warnings fell to deaf ears.

Uncle Salvatore rushed to restrain Allesio and I held back Antonio as he shouted at the top of his lungs. "Let me go! He needs to learn respect!"

Allesio's lip bled, swelling already visible. Antonio's knuckles were bruised, his eyes blazing as I held him back.
Antonio's gaze locked onto Allesio. " You crossed a line, both of you did." He said, as he looked at both Alessio and Alexandria. Once I was sure that Antonio had calmed down I let him go.

" You see what I mean, today our brothers are at each other's throats because of her. She has poisoned our family and turned us against each other. I will not breathe the same air as you, you have to leave this house or I will. Mama choose, me or her? You never wanted two daughters anyways,  rid yourself of the unwanted burden, prove me wrong, if you can?" Ria said as she gave Mama an ultimatum. We all just stood there, frozen, what on earth is going on in this family?

" You really want me to choose? Ria I have just buried my son, my husband has been laying on a hospital bed for over a week, showing no sign of ever waking up and you stand here before me and ask me to choose? I do not have the energy for this, I'm barely holding on, the grief is suffocating me. I struggle to get out of bed every morning because of all of the pain I carry inside but I still do it, for you, all of you and then you have the nerve to ask me to choose. I don't know what is going on with you Ria or where this bad girl attitude you have is coming from. All I want is my family together again not this division I am witnessing here. All I want is for Allesandro to wake up from his comma. All I want is for someone to wake me up and tell me it was all a dream, that it was all an awful dream and that  Alex's laughter will fill our home again. That's my choice, life doesn't always grant us our desires no matter how fiercely we choose them." Mama said as a tear dropped from her eye.
