Before I begin this story, I think there are some things I need to say so anyone reading isn't too confused:
- While this is a "What If?" scenario on if Noah was still a main character in season 7, that doesn't mean all of season 1-6 happened the same way.
- In this, Noah has always been more like his season 6 personality. So, he doesn't hangout with other people that often, and instead prefers to focus on work. Kind of similar to Richelle, which is why the two are some of the only friends the other has.
- Noah is also very aware of his bisexuality in this and flirts often around the studio, instead of getting into relationships. Meaning he never dated any of his canon girlfriends. Though he may have hooked up with some of them.
- As for Heath, he's not too different from canon. Though, he does much feel less lonely in this, as he holds a similar hatred to Noah for the boys on a-troupe and would much rather not be friends with them. Meaning his rivalry with Ozzy didn't ever end, but Ozzy fuels more of it at this point than Heath.
- Kate also sold the Emily in this instead of Nick. But, he still works at the place, just as an assistant that Emily hired.
- I'm trying to make this more 'realistic', per say. And in real life, both Regionals and Nationals happen in the same year, and Internationals isn't even a real competition. So, this will follow that same format. Meaning, Noah was part of the Nationals team instead in this
- And probably one of the most important parts is that this is a mature story. If you thought that this would follow a similar style to the show since it is a "What If?", then you are sadly mistaken. Topics will include: underage drinking, smoking, drug use, detailed sex/smut, homophobia, sexism, mental health issues, abuse. This list may also be added to as the book goes on. But, I will make sure to ad a trigger warning before each chapter that contains any of these elements.
