~Monday's Suck~I won't lie, Sunday was probably the worst day of my life. My hangover was so bad I couldn't get out of bed.
Now it was Monday and I still felt sick to my stomach. I decide to wear some sweat pants, and an oversized hoodie that belonged to my dad when he was a teenager. It was my favorite hoodie of all time.
When I get to school the girls could tell I didn't feel good. "How much did you drink?" Maddie asks.
"I don't know." I shrug.
"Well you had a lot, because I heard you and Maddox were looking a bit to cozy." Laura says.
"We were not cozy." I stare blankly at her. Who would start that kind of rumor?
"Well this picture says otherwise." She flips her phone to show me.
I was bent over a pool table with him behind, arms around me. Clearly he was helping me play pool.
"He was helping me play pool. That's all it was." I roll my eyes.
"Mhm keep telling yourself that Tate." Grace chuckles. Hen I distinctly remember what he had said before he left. If I didn't get drunk next time he'd show me what he did at one in the morning.
"Earth to Tatum. Man you must have really drank a lot to still be hungover." Laura says.
"What?" I ask.
"I said I bet he smelled good." She says.
"I don't know I didn't sniff him, I'm not a dog." I say.
"Oh goody. The cheater is walking this way." Grace informs us. I turn to see Kayla walking like she was on a mission. She tops in front of us and glares at me.
"Just so you know Maddox isn't over me. He is just using you to make me jealous." She says.
"Okay? And I care why?" I ask.
"Enough with this act like you don't care. We all know you do. Just because your daddy wasn't man enough for your mother. Doesn't mean you get to judge everyone else who makes mistakes." She snaps.
"Oh fuck." I hear Laura mutter.
My blood instantly boils. "A mistake? Spreading your legs open for every guy in school isn't a mistake. It's a whorish move. And if I recall right, weren't you with that scumbag at the mall looking all happy as can be Saturday?" I ask stepping towards her.
"How about we don't start fighting ladies." Tommy comes up and steps between us. He actually had the nerve to push me back.
"Don't you fucking touch me you piece of garbage." I growl at him.
"She probably doesn't want you touching her because she has never been touched before. Because no one wants a poor bitch." Kayla says.
"Fuck you." I lunge for her, but Tommy somehow successfully holds me back. Since I couldn't get to her, I do the next best thing and start swinging at him.
