~Madum is Real~"You know you have to go home eventually." Laura says.
"I know, I just need more time. I still have the itch to punch her in the face." I say.
"Well you could tell me why Maddox dropped you off here. Also why you both were wearing huge ass grins." She says.
"It was nothing." I say.
"Lies." She knew me to well.
"Fine maybe something happened last night, or at like 3 in the morning." I say.
"Spill." She says happily.
"Well, I may or may not have kissed Maddox." I say.
She suddenly squeals and jumps up and down on her bed. "I fucking knew it! The way you two look at each other!"
"Calm your tits. There is sort of more." I say.
She suddenly becomes very quiet waiting for me. "Well after we kissed. Kayla was there and sort of saw me straddling him. Anyway when I went home my mother was there and we had an argument. I texted you guys but no one answered and I didn't have any where else to sleep.
"So I texted Maddox and he let me stay with him. All my clothes stayed on by the way. Then today, he sort of took me out. He was being so nice Laura. I told him about my mom and why I don't do relationships. He assured me he was trustworthy then he called me beautiful. And I haven't been able to stop smiling." I say.
"Madum is real!" She screams.
"Laura Louise!" Her mom yells at her.
"Shit, this is good news! You guys make such a cute couple." She says.
"Well he didn't exactly ask me to be his girlfriend, besides wouldn't I be his rebound if anything?" I ask.
"Tatum you are not anyone's rebound, he has been over her before they even broke up." She says.
"I guess you're right. I just don't know if I can fully trust him yet. Also if you could keep this between us that'd be cool." I say.
"Totally. I got you. Do you need a ride home?" She asks .
"Actually that would be great." I say.
She gives me a ride home. I stand on the porch, not wanting to go inside. It's not until I hear something glass break that I walk in.
Reed looked terrified, mom was furious standing in front of him. His Xbox was destroyed with a plate shattered into a million pieces.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?!" I yell at her grabbing Reed putting him behind me.
"That little brat has done nothing but say here and played games all day." She growls.
"Yeah, because dad lets him since he doesn't play it on the weekdays." I glare at her.
"Well now he isn't playing it ever again." She smirks.
