I shouldn't have left her alone, afterall.
Just as I was busy sorting out things with Vivian, I let her out of my sight for a short while.
And when I searched for her, she was no where to be found. There can't be any possibilities that she left alone. But if that is true, then where is she?
I looked at every passing face in the ballroom but couldn't find any single trace of her.
And slowly when I found no sign of her, panick started kicking in. If someone heard that Cedric Gastrell is panicking over a trivial matter of not able to find a woman, they'll for sure laugh even I would have before I met her.
But when I couldn't find her anywhere in the ballroom, I roughly rustled my hand through my perfectly slicked hair, messing it and panicking confused, I looked here and there through a big balcony on the outside of this ballroom but still no signs of her.
This isn't possible. There's is no way, she left without me. And if yes, then with whom?
Is there anyone else I couldn't find in the ballroom?
I have to check again.
I hurriedly loosened the tie around my neck and started searching for her in the ballroom again just in case, I missed her the first time.
But still couldn't find her.
Just as I was scanning everyone with my eyes, I saw the family with whom she was staying under.
So, without wasting any time, I went towards them and asked them if they have seen her but all of them replied the same thing.
"No"
But just as I was about to leave from there, a lady, my little flower's age, hesitantly came up to me and asked me if I have Raghav.
And this time, it was my turn to deny the answer. I said that I haven't seen him and she said that he went out few minutes and isn't back yet.
Wait, isn't that the same time as little flower going out?
Is there any possibility that both of them are together?
I swear if he dares to go beyond his limit with her, I will tarnish his body and ruin his life in front of him.
In the way to finding her, I asked every guard present there and finally one of them answered that he indeed has seen them.
Going out of the ballroom and to the outer corridor?
Just what is going on in his mind?
Why will he take her to a scheduled place like that? Where rarely someone goes?
And my little flower, she is innocent but I believe she's not naive enough to not make out his intentions.
If there is some trouble, I know she'll come to me.
