"Woah Bennet! What was that!"

Barbara approached Bennet and was impressed to see the aftermath of whatever was unleashed.

Bennet kneeled onto the ground and almost collapsed, having to use one hand for support. Sweat dripped down his nose and steam came out of his mouth every time he exhaled. He clenched his free hand and smiled, "If I can master this... I'd probably give even Raiden a run for his money!"

"You lack control, your form is terrible, your energy fluctuates whenever you unleash an attack," The Shogun crossed her arms and sighed, "Maybe letting you train on your own up till now was a bad idea. She circled Raiden and grabbed his back collar, "Get up"

Raiden wobbled, holding onto his mother's arm for support. The Shogun stared with disapproval, Raiden looked up to her, his eyes were bloodshot red with massive bags underneath and jaw clenched together tightly.

The Raiden Shogun raised an eyebrow, "You've overtrained..."

She immediately shook him off and walked back towards Tenshukaku, "We're ending early, do what you want for the next two days"

Raiden tried getting up on his own, it felt as if every muscle and bone in his body was broken apart.

Despite being in terrible condition, Raiden charged up an attack in his palm.

And then:

"You better have your will written down... Keqing"

A massive clash sent a noise across the mountains of Liyue, Keqing was violently unleashing multiple attacks on Zhongli's seemingly unbreakable shield. Zhongli raised a hand signalling for her to stop. She lowered her sword and stood patiently waiting for some feedback.

"You peaked at 42 slashes per second... that's 7 more from your previous record. Good work today, do you perhaps want to get a bite at Wangshu inn?"

Keqing shook her head, "I don't really have an appetite as of now, but thanks"

"Before you go"

Keqing stopped in her tracks as she walked past Zhongli, "Yes?"

"Do you still plan on holding back in the tournament?"

Keqing shrugged, "Who knows, will there even be a reason for me to use THAT move?"

Zhongli responded, "There are a lot of promising students this year"

Keqing turned her head back, "And?"

Zhongli; "What I'm saying is, this might not be as easy as we originally thought"

Keqing began walking off again, "I have nothing to prove, not to your, or to any of the Archons. If I end up losing, then so be it."

Zhongli sighed as he watched her walk off, "So she's still holding up to that, huh"

-Wuwang Hill-

"RISEEE AND SHIINNNEEE KITAYUU!"

Kitayuu yawned as he slowly opened his eyes to see Hu Tao standing at the side of his bed shaking him.

"Come on sleepyhead! What happened to all the motivation you had to train!"

Kitayuu rubbed his eyes, "Dude how long were you awake"

Hu Tao chuckled, "I stayed up all night designing a training program specifically for you based on everything you've told me!"

After having a quick breakfast, the two of them went outside, Hu Tao walked to a nearby boulder whilst spinning her staff and sat down, "Kitayuu, before we start. I want you to lift that big rock over there," she pointed her staff to the largest boulder in sight.
