Sparkle and Kitayuu settled down for the night, along with many of the other contestants. Raiden decided to sleep for a few more hours in a cave whilst his group patrolled the area and attempted to recruit anyone that passed by, many however rejected and were instantly eliminated. A boy from the other class by the name of Gah-ming was recruited. Anyone recruited was to sit inside the cave and rest. No one knew where Raiden was and Gah-ming got curious and decided to check each chamber of the cave to find out where he was resting.
After a couple minutes, there he was. All alone and unguarded. It was at that moment Gah-ming had an idea, one that was certain to change the tides of the battle royal. This was his only chance, "I'm gonna eliminate this bastard once and for all"
Raiden was oblivious and slept soundly whilst Gah-ming grabbed out a pocket knife he found. After gaining some composure he lifted the knife up and aimed for a non vital spot.
"My apologies"
The knife suddenly froze midair mere inches away from Raiden's body. It was as if an invisible barrier was stopping Gah-ming from stabbing him. What he saw next though terrified him. He was too focused on the knife that he didn't notice until later that Raiden was staring at him with bright glowing eyes, filled with pure rage.

Everyone patrolling outside got startled by a loud noise and explosion of wind, some even very far away saw a dust cloud emerge from the distance.
Fischl and Gepard coughed as the dust spread all over, Gepard opened one eye to see Raiden casually walking out with a smile on his face. Behind him, many of the recruits had sustained massive injuries as the cave collapsed on them. Only one managed to make it out, that being a girl named Chiori.
Gepard; "What the hell happened"
Raiden bit his lip and laughed crazily; "I'm all warmed up, forget what I said earlier we are gonna get Keqing right now!"
At the far end of the arena, Keqing was currently engaging in combat with half of the Inazuma alliance that Rappa mentioned to Xiao earlier that day. Keqing was barely breaking a sweat as she knocked each one out one by one. However, the last one remaining was somewhat a competent fighter able to keep up with Keqing.
"You can't keep this up forever girl!"
Keqing hopped up onto a tree as the boy swung a punch shattering the branch.
Keqing sighed and said very nonchalantly, "Well I guess you're right, maybe I should end this now."
The boy suddenly felt a sharp pain in the stomach. Keqing was no longer standing before him, but instead behind. She had moved so fast that he could see the after image of her dashing right through him leaving a trail of electro behind. Keqing looked back at him as he instantly dropped down unconscious.
"That energy..."
"There is no doubt..."
"KEQING!"
Raiden's eyes opened wide with a psychotic smile full of excitement and a thirst of blood as he was floating midair for around an hour trying to sense his surroundings.
