Kitayuu was laying down in a bush right beside Sparkle. She looked rather cute and innocent while sleeping in contrast to her sly self. However, Kitayuu still felt uneasy and couldn't trust her. He decided to wait at least another hour before sleeping for extra measure.

"It's on"

Raiden had a tight grip on Bennet's fist, Fischl and Gepard were approaching closer and closer. Raiden put his free arm out to stop them, "Wait... let me deal with him myself." The two of them backed off and Bennet smiled a bit, "Ready to get your ass kicked?" Raiden chuckled, "In your dreams"

In the blink of an eye he let go of Bennet's fist and crouched down placing his hand on the floor. Raiden started swirling anemo and dust flew into Bennet's eyes. Raiden kicked him back and instantly flew over him and grabbed his hair midair. After getting a good hold. He accelerated once again and Bennet was constantly getting knocked from one tree to another. After a while flames started sprouting out and the anemo around Raiden started swirling it and increasing the size. He let go of Bennet and bounced off a tree, coming back to hit him.

"Flaming fist of fate!"

Raiden's eyes opened wide and at the last second he threw an imperfect wind blade at Bennet which forced him to move out of the way.

"Over here"

Bennet dashed above and aimed his fist down vertically. Raiden sidestepped the attack but as it struck the ground, the force blasted him back into a rock. Bennet wasted no time and began charging in. Raiden put two arms in front of him, "Tornado beam!"

The horizontal tornado-like attack flew past the trees, disconnecting some of them from the ground nearby.

"Shit!"

Bennet put his hands together as well and unleashed flames to collide with the tornado beam. Suddenly the flames started swirling inside and it looked as if it was being pushed back to Raiden.

"Gotcha!"

"Oh you idiot!"

Raiden raised his arms and held a massive sphere of anemo swirling pyro.

Bennet's heart dropped as he watched Raiden throw it and lighting the entire area as it went past in flames. Bennet was unable to dodge the massive attack and was pushed back, now rolling on the ground. Fischl and Gepard, who were spectating the fight, came out from behind a rock.

Fischl, "Raiden, can you be a little more considerate for us!"

Bennet tried sitting up, his ears were ringing and his vision was partially blurred. He backed away slightly seeing Raiden's silhouette walking in front of the flames, "It didn't have to be this way. I could've secured you a spot in the main tournament, but you were so confident of beating me. It's actually such a pathetic delusion."

Bennet wobbled up to his feet and clenched his fist in a fighting stance.

"N-not yet"

Raiden folded his arms and gave him a stern look, "So persistent..."
