A few days later, it was the career night at the school. Elisabeth is going to see if she knows what she wants to do with her life.
Out of the school – Damon & Stefan have a conversation on the phone.
"Logan Fell is a vampire and when I found him again, I'm gonna destroy him limb by limb." Damon told him.
Stefan asked him in concern,"What happened? Do you ok?"
Damon scoffed at the idiotic question,"No, I'm not ok! I was embellished; I was shot. Now, I'm vengable. Just got to find them."
"There is no need. He's here in school."
"You're kidding me? Why the hell is he there? Elisabeth is there. I will be there soon..
Caroline and Ellie was looking at the journalism booth. While Elisabeth will be caught dead before talking to stranger for life, it is more a job for Caroline.
The Sheriff walked up to them and she introduced herself to Caroline's new friend,"Hi. We haven't met yet. I am Caroline's mother, Elizabeth Forbes."
Ellie returned the greeting,"It is nice to meet you Ma'am. I am Elisabeth Salvatore. But you can call me Ellie."
Stefan overheard the conversation and saw her for the first time. She is an actual human, not killed by Damon.
"So, what are you girls doing here?"
Caroline stated ,pointing to the pamphlets, "I'm founding my future. There it is."
"Broadcast journalism?" She said with confusion.
Caroline leaves and drags Ellie with her. In the parking lot ,they found Logan and started talking about journalism. Caroline seemed to trust the guy, so both girls got in the car.
Before both of them knew it, they were knocked unconscious.
Sheriff answered the phone and asked Logan,"Where are you?"
"Your daughter has expressed interest in journalism. I think it's important to force young minds. And her little friend..."
Damon and Stefan were quick at the scene and stopped Logan. They saw both girls were unconscious. They grabbed Logan and staked him.
"Payback is a b*tch, is it? Get them out of here."
Stefan took the girls to Caroline's house.
Damon told the Sheriff want had happened and how he staked Logan. She was grateful everyone was okay.
Damon took Ellie home and later she woke up. With tears in her eyes, she looked at him,"I am sorry...I should have trusted the guy."
Damon gently hugged her and told her,"It is okay. You are safe now. Caroline is at her house. I am not mad. Things like this unfortunately happen. How about we go on a roadtrip? I need to visit someone."
Ellie nodded and hugged him tighter.
While the father daughter duo got everythingready for their trip, Elena made a discovery. She looks like her boyfriend's ex.
She drove a away. With tears. A man appeared in the road, causing her to roll her car. She hanged upside down in her car as a figure walked closer.
