Third person's pov

Maze

Kevin was in a maze these three days. He felt so delighted that he never ever felt before. Hanging out with his group of friends, laughing at their bickerings, shopping with them and having fun. A life that Kevin didn't know he'll ever live.

He loves when Jules and Jacob bicker and ask him who is on the right side. He loves when all of them argue and he and Kiara exchange looks with a done face because these two are the only calm ones. He loves when Mia pouts when Jacob and Jules make fun of her. It feels like nothing else exists when he's with his friends.

And the best thing for him is having random but deep conversations with Mia alone. They kissed often, nothing more for now. Kevin pours all his love in the kiss to prove that his love is real for Mia and will never fade away.

Meanwhile Mia she's sure that she's falling for Kevin and her feelings are deeper than before. The way Kevin's strong arms feel around her, so gentle yet secured. The way he kisses her passionately yet softly. The way Kevin's heart thumps erratically just like hers when she places her hands against his chest. She could feel it all. He never rushed anything like Jonathan did. And the most important thing is Kevin is willing to give their relationship a name, a tag, he's just waiting for Mia's approval. He's ready to be hers and she gladly will be his.

Their trip went on smoothly and now they are ready to go back to their daily lives again but it was an amazing break for them and they'll go to many more cause it's forever this time. Kevin will never let them go, all of them means so much to him. They played their own role to brighten up Kevin's life.

Mia smiles combing her hair after putting on a white dress with black dots on it. Kevin doesn't have his morning classes today because his professor is on vacation so they agreed to have breakfast together.

Mia takes a cab and the way to uni passes away in a blink.

She gets off and was about to walk to the cafe when she felt a tap on her shoulder, she turns back expecting the person to be Kevin but turns out it's him.

Johnathan.

A wave of flashbacks appears in front of Mia's eyes. She looks away to not look vulnerable in front of the person she hates.

He smirks, "Long time no see, sweetheart."

"Don't call me that." Mia grits her teeth.

"Why? You used to like it so much back then. Your cheeks used to turn red with this stupid nickname." He laughs and is about to touch Mia's cheek when she takes a step back.

"I don't want to talk to you. I don't even want to look at your face. So shut your filthy mouth and fuck off!" Mia spats and he smirks with a chuckle.

"That sassy mouth of yours... holy cow I wanna wreck you so bad." Johnathan utters, his sly smirk is replaced by a hiss when Mia slaps his cheek harshly. The sound resonated in the alley because it was still early and was out of the university so not many students were there.

"You slut!" Johnathan grabs Mia's jaw, his other hand held Mia's wrists so harshly that it'll leave a bruise, she winces but still glares at him. She feels disgusted by his touch. She closes her eyes, all the pain and anger she suppressed all this time seems to come out as she knees Johnathan's crotch. He stumbles back and hisses.

He fists his fingers and was about to hit Mia when his hand was grabbed from behind. Mia looks up when she didn't get the hit she was expecting and widens her eyes when she sees Kevin behind Jacob.
Johnathan looked back and let out an amused chuckle when he saw the guy.
