I hit my head off the steering wheel over and over again. Why was I such a goddamn idiot?!
If I wanna be with her I can't let my anger take over me anymore...
I jumped out the car, and with a slam of my door, I hopped up into the dark night sky, focused on finding her, before someone or something else did...
Kayla's p.o.v:With every stride I took, I quickened my pace faster and faster. I heard a heavy car door slam. Austin, crap.
Running as fast as my legs would allow me to go, suddenly out of nowhere I heard a deep growling noise.
I stopped dead in my tracks, not daring to move an inch.
I knew if I made a run for it, the thing would surely come after me.
The growling got louder and louder, cautiously and slowly, I craned my neck to look behind me.
There stood a huge 8 foot tall, snow coloured wolf.
It's blue eyes were cold and fierce. I whimpered, falling to my knees, in an attempt to slowly back away...
Suddenly a blurry figure jumped from out of the night sky, leaping onto the wolf.
The figure moved to fast for me to identify.
All of a sudden there was a yelp and the wolf retreated back into the trees.
There was a loud crash as someone collided into me, enveloping me into a tight protective hug.
I looked up bravely, to confront my 2nd attacker of the night, when I saw the familiar pair of emerald green eyes beaming down at me.
"Austin." I breathed. Then the whole world went black...
