*Katniss Pov* 

I wake up In the morning next to my soon to be husband. I am so excited to marry Peeta after all the bad choices I have made marrying him will not be one of them, I am sure of it. 

I lay on his bare chest waiting for him to wake up and when he smiles.

"Good morning beautiful" He says

"Morning handsome" I say 

He kisses me softly on the lips, and I kiss him back. Slowly the kiss becomes more passionate, and I end up on top of Peeta kissing him. I kiss him more and my tongue slips into his mouth. He lets out a quiet moan putting his hands on my face while  I run my hands through his messy blonde curls. We stop eventually, and he gets up to go make me some breakfast. 

Peeta comes up with some bacon and eggs and sets it on my bedside table. 

"Here you are Kat" 

You treat me so well. I say. 

You deserve it. He says. 

I sigh, knowing I don't because of all the people i've harmed or killed.

"Finnick, Mags, Cinna, Rue. 

I've ruined Annie's life as well by killing her husband that keeps her sane. 

I also ruined Peeta's life by leaving him in the arena so Snow could torture him.

"Katniss. He says. Don't ever doubt that you don't deserve it, you deserve the world.  He says. Peeta I have killed or harmed so many people I say. 

"Even my own fiance"

You have never harmed me darling it is me who has harmed you, and I want you to know how sorry I am for that and I don't even deserve you. He says. Peeta the reason you did that was because of me, I am the one who left you in that arena to die and get tortured by president Snow. 

Kat you did not leave me by choice, they made us separate. 

I start crying, and he puts me into his lap and runs his fingers through my tangled hair gently while I cry on his bare chest. 

"Shh shh, its okay darling" 

I love you more than you can ever know and all those deaths were not your fault. 

"Okay". I say through sobs. 

I sit in his lap for a while until I stop crying and eventually Peeta goes and takes a shower while I eat my breakfast.

About 2 hours later me and Peeta decide we should start planning our wedding. I want it to be in spring after all the flowers have bloomed. I say. 

We could also do it at sunset. In district 4 Peeta suggests. 

Yes I would love that! I say happily. We decided to get married on March 24, which is in one month from now. 

I was thinking that Johanna, Annie, and Effie all be my bridesmaids. That sounds like a great plan. Says Peeta. What about your best man. I was thinking about doing Haymitch because he has been such a big part of my life. 

Haymitch would love being the best man. I was thinking he could also walk me down the aisle because I see him as a father figure in my life. 

Speaking of all these people we should probably tell them. 

We can start with Haymitch and Effie because they are both next door because Effie is visiting for the week. 

We both walk hand in hand to Haymtich's house to tell them both the news and we just open the door because Haymitch never knocks, so why should we? We walk in to see Haymitch and Effie kissing on the couch and they soon notice that we just walked in. 

"Have you ever heard of knocking"! Haymitch says angrily. 

Like you ever knock. Says Peeta. I laugh. 

I give Effie a hug and she looks so much more different now, she lets her long blonde hair down naturally and has minimal makeup on and is a lot more tan than she normally is. It is probably because she wiped off all the white foundation off her face. 

"My boy it has been a while. She says."

Peeta embraces her smiling.

We have some news I say. 

"Did you get her knocked up bread boy"?  Asks Haymtich. 

Manners! Effie exclaims. Haymtich laughs. No that is not the news. Says Peeta. 

"We are getting Married, I exclaim while Peeta smiles"! 

We are so happy for you guys says Effie. Haymitch I was thinking you could walk me down the aisle. I say. I would be honored to sweetheart. Me and Peeta were also thinking you could be the best Man. Well of course bread boy. He says. 

Effie I was also thinking you could be one of my bridesmaids? I would love too my girl! she says happily while hugging me very tightly. 

All right well we better go we have some more people to tell. 

Bye guys! Peeta and I say. 

We walk out of the house and tell everyone else and we head to bed after a long day of planning and sharing the amazing news to everybody. I lay on Peeta's chest and listen to his heartbeat until I fall asleep. 

"I can't wait to be married to Peeta Mellark."
