Vows and Problems

I wake up in the morning and walk downstairs for breakfast and see Peeta cooking in the kitchen. Our wedding day is in 2 days and I can't wait. Tomorrow we are traveling to district 4

I also feel a little bit nervous but I know that I wont have any regrets at all because I love Peeta with all my heart.

He puts a plate of french toast in front of me and I remember that I still need to write my vow for Peeta. Morning Kat. He says. Morning. I say. He sits on the sofa watching some baking show, and I eat my french toast. 

After I finish my food I get up and I sit in Peeta's lap like a little baby. Hey gorgeous. He says while giving me a gentle kiss on the lips. I snugle into his chest while he watches his show, and I eventually get up to go write my vow. 

I sit at Peeta's desk in the art room take a pen and a piece of paper and I start writing. I sit there staring at the paper for a good 10 minutes. I love Peeta I just don't know how to say it on a peice of paper. 

I begin writing but all I get down is a sentence. I decide to call Effie and see if she can help me with my vows. I would ask Peeta but I cant because this is our wedding vow. 

Johanna  walks into the room and asks me what I need help with. I need help writing my Vow for Peeta. I say. Well tell me everything you love about bread boy. She says. 

I love how caring he is, how well he treats me, his humor, his personality, and how charming he is. I say. 

Alright Johanna says while writing some bullet points on a piece of paper. Now why are you thankful to have him. 

I am thankful to have him because of everything we have been through, and how he loves me no matter what. 

Alright and why you want to marry him. She asks. 

I want to marry him so we can grow old together, love each other forever, and have a future together. 

Alright brainless now you can take all of these bullet points and make them into a vow. She says.

No problem brainless.

I begin to take all the bullet points and write them in a couple of sentences. 

I finally finnish my vow and decided to visit Peeta at the bakery.  He opened the bakery about a month ago and goes almost every day. I am happy for him but I also miss having him around the house. 

I put on some boots and walk outside in the beautiful sunny weather. I walk up to the Mellark bakery and see James one of Peeta's workers. 

Hey James! I say cheerfully. Hey Katniss. Where is Peeta?  Peeta is in the back. He says. Okay thanks. Where are all the customers. I ask. We open in 20 minutes so they are not here yet. Oh alright. I say.

I hear the bakery door open and see another worker names Noah. Peeta has told me that he is not very helpful around the bakery and hardly shows up. He has told me how he wants to fire him but just doesn't know how. 

James walks to the back to go ask Peeta something and I follow him until I feel a firm grip around my waist. I try to scream but the man covers my mouth. 

I then realized it's Noah. 

Hey sexy. He says smirking. 

He pulls me close to him and tries to kiss me but I kick a chair that makes a loud noise. Peeta comes running out and sees Noah. He immediately releases me and I run to Peeta with tears running down my face. 

He hugs me and I hide behind him gripping his shirt. 

"What the hell did you do to her!" He yells at Noah. 

"I did nothing to her" He says. 

Then why the fuck were you grabbing her! 

He says nothing. 

You're fired and are never allowed to come here again and I swear if I see you touch her ever again I will beat your ass. He says firmly. 

Noah leaves the shop and Peeta takes me to his office in the back to calm me down. 

"Shhh darling its alright your safe". He says. 

He sits on his office chair and puts me in his lap running his hands through my hair. What did he do to you Kat. 

H- he grabbed me and tried to kiss me. I say while crying 

It's alright darling I won't ever let him lay a hand on you. 

I sit in his lap and cry for what seems like hours and we close the bakery and walk home.
