Chapter 25

Emily POV

I woke up this morning with Hardin pressing kisses on my neck. I couldn't help but smile when I felt his kisses even though my eyes are closed.

"I know you're awake birthday girl" Hardin said as he kept kissing my neck

Yes today is my birthday and I'm going to turn 25 which is crazy. I'm 25 with no mom but I do have a perfect boyfriend. I opened my eyes to see Hardin is still kissing my neck and what he was trying to do. I was going to warn him not to do but it was too late.

"Hardin" I moaned as I gripped onto his hair gently

Hardin pulled away from my neck and looked at me.

"Happy Birthday" he told me with a smile on his face

"Thank you" I told him

He smiled and kissed my lips. Which lead to a makeout session. I pulled away to look at him to see him pout.

"I need to breathe" I told him

"Fine. It's your birthday. What do you want to do today?" he asked me

"I want to go to the aquarium again" I told him

"Again?" he asked me and I chuckled

"Yes" I told him and he sighed dramatically

"Fine we could do that then you want to go for lunch?" he asked

"Yep then come back and watch a movie" I told him

"And can we do something else later?" he asked while wiggling his eyebrows and I know what he meant and it made me go shy

Even though we had done it a few times it always makes me go shy whenever he asks.

"Maybe" I told him

"Maybe?" he asked me

"Maybe if you're good boy today" I told him with a chuckle

"Boy? I am a man now. Did you know that?" he asked

"Man? When did you become a man?" I asked him

"You don't think I'm a man?" he asked me

"No. I still think you're a boy or a child that I'm taking care of" I told him and he chuckled

"Okay that's it" he said as he tickled me sides to make me laugh

"I still don't know how you like the aquarium so much" Hardin said as we walked into the Aquarium and we were looking around the dolphins and fishes that were swimming around

"How can you not love it? Look there's different dolphins and fishes" I told him

He chuckled and wrapped his arm around my shoulder.

"Do you remember the first time we came here?" he asked and I remembered the first time we came here

It's the first time we were dating. We were still getting know each other but now we know each other so much more. We got comfortable with each other and I got comfortable more with him.

"Yeah I remember and I remember the talk we had at dinner" I told as I blushed a little bit and he smirked

"Oh yeah. What kind of talk?" he asked and I rolled my eyes

"You know what we were talking about" I told him

"No I don't. I think I'm having a bad memory" he said and I looked at him

"If you have bad memory then you must be getting old" I told him and he looked at me

"What?" he asked and I giggled
