Graduation day

I'm not excited for. I still can't believe I gave into walk to pick up my diploma for this thing. I could just ship it to my house right? Apparently not because my dad has other plans. My mum is here in town for graduation and now we all back together again but this time I promised myself not to punch my dad in the face so I don't make Emily scared.

Speaking of Emily I have a surprise for her for tonight. Emily and I have been looking for her dad to see if he's alive or not. We both searched it up and nothing came up which made her really upset. I decided to ask my dad to see if he could do anything about it. He researched about it and he finally found Emily's dad. Dad was in contact with him for this whole week and he could come tonight for graduation and I decided to keep it secret from her.

Also, tonight we are leaving to go to the cottage this weekend. I still can't believe I said yes to this too. Going to the cottage with the family. The things Emily makes me do. But I bet this is going to be a fun weekend and mum is coming on this trip too. Hopefully there will not be too intense stuff.

I woke up this morning with Emily sleeping beside me. Mum is sleeping in the guest room or she would be up right now to make her self some tea. I smiled at Emily and got out of bed without waking her up and I thought to let her sleep in. I got out of the room and I was right. Mum is up and making herself some coffee.

"Good morning mum" I told her as I walked up to her and she smiled at me

"Good morning. How did you sleep?" she asked me

Fucking fantastic because Emily and I had sex last night and we were trying to keep it quiet because we knew my mum would be in the other room. I'm so glad the guest room is far away from our room.

"I slept good. How about you? Still getting over the jet leg?" I asked her

"Yeah. Just woke up an hour ago but decided to get up now" she said and I chuckled

"You're still my lazy mum" I told her and she chuckled

"Is Emily still asleep?" she asked as I made myself some tea

"Yeah. I thought I would let her sleep in. We have a big day today" I told her as we went to sit down at the dinning table

"Yeah. I still cannot believe you're graduating" she said as I took a sip of my tea

"You didn't think I was going to pass everything mum" I teased her

"No I knew you were going to pass because you're smart student even though you want to act like tough guy. But I never thought to see the day you would walk down the stage to get your diploma" she said

"Well, you should thank Emily for that. Apparently her and dad made a plan to talk me into walking" I told her and she chuckled

"Yeah we should thank them. I heard your dad and Emily are close" she asked

"Yeah they are. I still don't know how. I guess from visiting Landon a lot she got closer with him" I told her

"I guess so and that's a good thing. Does she know about her surprise yet?" she asked me

"No. She doesn't know. I can't wait to see her till she's it" I told her

"Me too. You're just being a great boyfriend towards her" she said

"Really?" I asked her

"Yeah you're being nice to her and being playful and silly with her. You guys haven't had any fights except for the Christmas party accident but other than that you guys look happy together and happiness looks good on you" she said and I smiled at her
