Queen Lyrebird's slender body convulsed violently, her delicate fingers clawing at the air as she struggled to break free from the dream-like state that held her captive. King Finnan rushed to her side, grasping her trembling hands in his warm, reassuring grip.

"She's burning up,"

He whispered, his eyes closed in concentration as he began to chant in a soothing, melodious voice. A soft, ethereal glow emanated from his hands, illuminating Queen Lyrebird's pale face and calming her tremors.

Lady Nova's said calmly "What do you think she saw?"her voice barely above a whisper.

Queen Zephyrine's gaze clouded. "Probably a horrifying scene"

King Finnan's eyes remained closed, his focus solely on Lyrebird. "She should be up any moment." He kissed her hand gently, awaiting her awakening.

_POV: VALMORTH'S CHAMBER_

Asher's frantic struggles intensified as the dagger hovered closer, its razor-sharp edge glinting menacingly in the dim light. Callisto's grip tightened, fingers digging deep into Asher's skin.

"What are you waiting for?" Callisto yelled at Valmorth, their voice laced with impatience.

Just as Valmorth was about to strike, Lord Forsythe's calm, authoritative voice intervened.

"Wait." His calculated footsteps approached Asher, who had momentarily ceased struggling in exhaustion.

Valmorth's face twisted in anger, lips curling into a snarl. Forsythe's clawed fingers traced the delicate necklace around Asher's neck, his eyes narrowing.

"This necklace.." he hummed

"Where did you get this?" Forsythe's gaze snapped at Asher, piercing and demanding.

"M-my...my m-mother gave it to me," Asher stuttered, voice trembling.

Before Forsythe could respond, Asher broke free from Callisto's grip and sprinted toward the exit, desperate for escape.

Valmorth swiftly blocked his path, dagger raised. Asher dodged, but the blade still sliced across his left eye, leaving a deep, jagged gash.

"Ahhh!" Asher cried out, collapsing to the ground with a loud thud. Pain and fear overwhelmed him.

Forsythe's voice dripped with disdain. "Tsk...how do you manage to think like a fool?" Blood dripped from Asher's wound, pooling on the cold stone floor...

"Get him," Forsythe ordered, his voice cold and detached.

Callisto dragged Asher back to the slab, holding him down with an iron grip. Forsythe snapped the necklace off Asher's neck, its delicate chain breaking with a faint tinkle.

"No!" Asher yelled, his hand stretching out desperately to reclaim the necklace...

Forsythe examined the pendant, his expression curious. The background scene faded into obscurity as his focus narrowed on the intricate symbol etched onto the metal.

_POV: AT THE HUMAN WORLD_

The blonde boys approached cautiously, their footsteps measured. Aria's brow furrowed, sweat beads forming on her forehead.

"Who are you boys?" she asked, her voice laced with wariness.

"I-I'm Rave," the first boy stammered, tapping his chest. "And this is Ryan, my brother."

Ryan shot Rave a smack on his hand before glaring at him. "We don't know what these people are, yet you've given them our identities," he snapped, his eyes locking with Aria's.

Kael and Lax rose to their feet, shaking off the lingering pain. Aria whispered to Nimue, "What do we do?"

Kael's gaze scanned the boys before he strode towards them, his steps urgent. "K-kael, what are you doing?!" Aria yelled.

"Kael, stop!" Nimue echoed.

Undeterred, Kael grasped the boys' shoulders, forcing them to meet his intense gaze.

"You'll forget whatever scene you just saw," he commanded, his voice low and hypnotic. "We're friends to you, alright?"

The boys nodded in unison, entranced. Kael released them and snapped his fingers, breaking the spell.

Ryan and Rave stared at each other, confused, before turning to Kael. "Oh, hello there," Ryan said, his accent charming. "Do you guys perhaps have a place to stay while you're in town?"

Rave smiled. "Yes, you must be exhausted. Why don't we take them to our house? It's not much, but it's home."

Kael nodded, facing the others. Their shocked expressions reflected their surprise at Kael's help maybe..

"It's a start..." He said before turning and walking behind the boys

"Come on," the boys said in unison
