Power of Bonds

THIS IS IT GUYS! I tried to make this chapter really good. I hope you have all enjoyed this story, and I hope you enjoy this last chapter. The song is 'You Can Be King Again, by Lauren Aquilina.' I think you know who the picture on the right is. ^ ^ 

"S-serve me? You don't have to do that. No, in fact, you should go live your life!" I shouted at him. Why would he give up the rest of his life for some one like me? He should go live freely, with no ties with the past.

"No... I will help you rebuild the village, I will help the village prosper. I-I! I think the village should be a home for others as well. For people with no place to go, or for people who just want to start over in life. I think you should be the leader!" He shouted at me, looking at me with determination.

3 Years Later 

Today is the day. The day where the Hikari village forms a peace treaty with the village of Konohagakure. It is the day where the small piece of land is recognized as an official village. 'Hikari,' meaning light. This village had started out small, insignificant, basically as nothing. 

Under a strong leader the village has prospered greatly. Slowly the village has climbed to amazing power, that was no force to be reckoned with.

The women stood tall, unafraid. She had just as much authority as the person standing in front of her. Of course, the person in front of her was much stronger. However, it would be shameful to show fear now, especially after everything. It would be distasteful along with showing she was a coward. Who would want someone like that as an ally that you have to lean on in your time of need?  

The woman's right-hand man was beside her, fulfilled with confidence. He was basically the second leader of the village. When the woman fell ill, or busy with paperwork, the right-hand man would step in and make sure everything was in order. 

They both stared at the blonde women re-reading the treaty. This was a day for the history books. 

The Hikari clan was independent. They have never received any assistance from anyone. However, making a treaty with the Fire Nation was a miracle. They no longer had to worry about being invaded, and they knew they would be protected in their time of need. 

The treaty worked vice-versa as the Hikari village had to help Konoha and the Fire Nation in their time in need as well. 

Finally, the blonde hair women looked up. She was known as one of the great legendary Sannin. However, now she is mostly recognized as the 5th Hokage. Her eyes were full of respect, while her new-formed smile was full of recognition. She had accepted the Hikari village.

Now it was the white haired women's turn. Her face overwhelmed with courage.  

Everyone clapped. Especially one man in the room. He was astonished to the point where he could no longer speak. This girl turned into something amazing, especially from the last time he had seen here. He was proud. 

The man beside this woman looked at her with awe, and with pride. The warriors from the Hikari clan looked at her in the same way. She was their savior. They were nothing before they met her. Some were thieves, some were homeless, and some were even murderers. The woman standing before them threw away their mistakes and gave them a future. They would put their life on the line for her. 

The warriors were fully trained by experts who also joined the clan. They would not fall quick. They were all men and women who valued their comrades above all else. Their strength wasn't necessarily power, but teamwork, partnership, and unity. They all had their strengths and faults, however their team members filled in for their faults.
