"Is this really necessary?" Sam raised his eyebrows as he was being checked.

The jailer nodded, "Orders are orders."

Sam rolled his eyes. After the check, he was led to the safe room. "Wait here. I'll get him."

After a while, the jailer came back with Kim Hanseo on his toes. Two other officers followed him. Kim Hanseo almost looked unrecognizable in the jail clothes. The all-white uniform was given to the prisoner who committed treason. There were four colours of jail clothes. Blue indicated minor crimes. Orange for murderers and rapists, and black for war criminals. Hanseo's beard had grown a little. His hair was unruly, contrasting his regular, well-dressed image. There was a handcuff around his hands and a chain that connected it to the cuffs on his ankle. The jailer and the officers left the room, shutting it after them.

"I am glad you came." He sat in front of Sam.

"Not a fan of yours." Sam smeared, "After what you did to his highness, Kim Moonbae. He was your son."

Hanseo smirked, "But you agree that everything happened because of Kim Seokjin, right?"

"That's why I am here." Sam leaned back in the chair. "We are completely prepared. He will have to release you. There will be a blood bath if he doesn't. And once you are out of jail, no one will be able to stop us. Seokjin would be dead! Along with his puppets." His voice was laced with poison.

Hanseo laughed a little, "Good. Inform everyone that the protests must be as violent as possible. This is our last chance. Lay as many dead bodies as you can. And target the common people first. The emperor has a soft heart. He will immediately melt and release me."

Sam got up from his chair, "I'll see you on your release day."

After the meeting, Kim Hanseo made sure to ask the jailer about the situation in the empire almost every day.

Seokjin stared at the tablet intently. Hoseok and Yoongi looked at each other with confusion. They couldn't understand what Seokjin was watching, as his eyes turned red with anger. The veins on his head almost popped out of his skin. His hand folded in a tight fist. Everything Seokjin had been trying to avoid was happening one after the other. He wanted Monnbae to kill Hanseo, but the opposite happened. He wanted to hide Jimin forever, but he had to introduce him to everyone so that Hanseo wouldn't hold that over Seokjin. He wanted Namjoon to live his life independently, but Hoseok gave the job back to Namjoon, and now he was the second in command again. Though Namjoon had reassured that he wanted this, he knew Namjoon very well to know that he had a hard time taking orders. Second in command? He was used to being a leader.

The door opening took Seokjin's attention off the tablet. He looked up to find Jimin walking into the office. The tablet was shut down, and he smiled a little. There was an immediate shift in the atmosphere. Jimin placed a paper on the table, "I dropped out of college."

Seokjin took the paper. "That was quick." The letter was from the college confirming what Jimin said. Seokjin looked up, "Can I know the reason?"

Jimin shrugged, "They weren't adding any knowledge. I knew almost everything that was being taught. Also, now that I am announced, it will be awkward and unsafe for everyone if I continue with college." Seokjin nodded, "And I talked to Jungkook, he wants to complete the course to get the degree. So he didn't drop out."

Seokjin folded the paper and gave it back, "Okay."

Jimin hesitated a little before continuing, "And I will also be present at the execution."

Seokjin tilted his head, "Why?"

"Yeah, it is not necessary for you to be there." Hoseok chimed in. He was more nervous about the fact that Jimin would witness something so gory.
