"You really going to eat all of that?" Jailanee asked.

"Yes I'm hungry as fuck. Leave me alone." Mya rolled her eyes. She hasn't ate all day and she made herself two fat loaded burritos.

Mya found her way back to her room with the burritos before setting the phone up at her desk. "This good. I put my foot in these motherfuckers." She exclaimed while stuffing her face with the food.

Jai chuckled. "Take your time. The food not going nowhere."

"Mm. Fuck." Mya moaned slightly after taking another bite.

"You extra as hell lil girl." Jai laughed causing Mya to roll her eyes in response.

"Oh I forgot to tell you, I'm going out with my friends later." Mya tried speaking while her mouth was full. Jai barely heard what was said.

"Chew your food first girl and try again."

Kamya did as told. "You leaving me again." Jai stated almost whiny.

"Someone is a little clingy I see." Mya smiled giving her a little look before wiping her mouth.

Jailanee cocked her head back. "Clingy? Girl please. If anything you clingy."

"No. You a lie." Mya protested.

"Need I remind you of the messages you flooded my phone with the other day?" Jailanee asked with the cockiest grin plastered on her face.

Mya noticed movement on the other end of the call. She looked up at the phone noticing Jailanee was in a different attire than earlier. Jai wore a white graphic tee and a basketball cap that went with her shirt. Mya didn't get a glimpse of the whole fit because of the camera angle.

"Shut up. Where you going?" Mya questioned. "I got to run some errands but you can stay on the phone while I drive there." Jai stated before grabbing her keys.

Mya examined Jai as she drove. The phone was placed in the phone mount that was positioned on the window. This gave Mya a full view of Jai. She was entirely focused on the road. Jai sat man spread while one hand rested on the steering wheel. Whew Mya thought.

Jai occasionally looked up because she was speaking to Mya and got no response in return. She smirked noticing the 'lil girl' checking her out.

"I'm speaking to you girl." Jai projected her voice loud enough to catch Mya's attention, but not loud enough to come across as a yell.

"Hm- huh- uh yeah?" Mya stumbled over her words like she got caught doing something she wasn't suppose to.

"I was saying I'm about to make a stop in a minute and I wasn't sure if you wanted to stay on the phone or call me once you finish your stay with your friends." Jailanee spoke, she said the last part with a hint of attitude.

"Hmm," Mya thought for a second. "You pick." She concluded.

Jailanee rolled her eyes. "I asked you. It's up to you Kamya."

"Kamya?" Mya cocked her head back.

Jai chuckled. "That's your name correct?"

"Whatever. I'll call you later." Mya hung up the phone immediately.

Jailanee looked at the dashboard in disbelief.

Kamya went to put the rest of the burrito up that she didn't finish and grabbed some water to drink. Once she returned back to her room she noticed the messages that Jailanee left her.

Jai 🤍: attitude much? dont hang up in my face again or itll be a problem
Jai 🤍: i'll ttyl lil girl text me once you make it to your friends and dont forget to cm tn

Mya thumbs up the message which cause Jai to roll her eyes. Jailanee has gotten used to Mya's attitudes, if Jai could smack her through the phone she would.

Kamya glanced at the time. It was about that time for her to get ready. She had no idea where they were going, she just agreed. What she did know though was that Lyric couldn't make it, leaving just Jazmine, Akira, and her.

Mya quickly got up before making her way to the bathroom that resinated in her room. She turned the water on letting it warm up, then stripped. Letting the hot water travel down her skin she groaned at the feeling.

She then lathered her body up before rinsing it off. She repeated this two more times making sure she was squeaky clean. Upon getting out the shower her brown caramel skin was tinted red due to the temperature of the water.

She finished getting ready before slipping on something that closely resembled what she recalled Jailanee wearing.

Jailanee received a text from Mya telling her she made it to her friends. She hearted the message before exiting the car, making her last stop. Jai walked into the bank and headed towards the open bank teller.

"Hey, good evening I would like to make a deposit." Jai spoke.

The bank teller asked for all her information before pulling up her account. Jailanee successfully made her deposit before exiting the bank and headed back towards her car.

"Yo is that Jai?" An unfamiliar voice filled Jailanee's ears causing her to turn around.

She then realized who it was, it was her childhood best friend, Zenya.

"Wassup Zen," she dapped her up. "I ain't seen you in a minute."

Zenya laughed. "Yeah nigga you ditched me for your job." She stated sarcastically.

"That ain't what happened." Jai chuckled.. that is probably exactly what happened.

"Sure. I seen you been doing good though." Zenya stated hinting at Jai's BMW she stood next to.

"Yeah." Jailanee chuckled awkwardly as she rubbed her neck. She wasn't sure why it seemed like she was talking to a stranger. She tends to be more awkward whenever she speaks to people she doesn't know. But she knew Zenya, it could be because Zenya and her haven't spoken since senior year of high school.
