Chapter 22: Showoff Gone Wrong

Izzy's POV
"AHHHHHH!" I screamed. "Hahahahahaaha!" Glitter laughed hysterically. She had dangled a fake spider above my head, ready for me when I woke up. "Glitter you're so mean and cruel." Frankie said to her. "Hahahahhaah. What does cruel even mean? I'm meant to be mean, stupid!" Glitter started laughing like a maniac. "The only one here that's stupid is you, Glitter." Gypsy said to her. Gypsy's on the top bunk and I'm on the bottom. We're sharing a bunk. "Today's our last full day and night here, don't make it terrible." Jojo said to her. "Layla back me up!" Glitter screeched at Layla. "Layla back me up." Katerina mimicked "leave glitter alone!" Layla exclaimed. Frankie left to set up for breakfast. "Guys can we have a midnight snack tonight?" Glitter asked. "Did you bring any snacks for it?" Lacy asked her. "No?" "Then I guess not." Glitter looked disappointed. "Isn't it Midnight Feast not midnight snack?" Gypsy randomly said. "Same same, whatever!" Glitter said back. We went off for lunch. I sat on the smaller table with my friends. Same things and the special food and drink today is hash browns and tea. I got a bowl of yoghurt and on a small plate, two hash browns along with a glass of apple juice for my breakfast. Hash browns were so warmer! After all of that I was sent out with my cabin to the rock climbing wall. Sounds fun at first right? Well no! The wall is so tall and, frankly, I'm just a little nervous, JUST A LITTLE. "I can get over that easily!" Glitter bragged. "Sure you can." JoJo said to her. JoJo doesn't know Glitter as well as we do because she goes to St. Creeks and not DSP. But she's caught on quick that Glitter is dumb and not nice. "Do you train, Glitter?" Katerina asked her. Glitter looked at her as if to say, 'are you even serious?'. "Of course not! Why would I train? I'm just that good!" Glitter snorted. We had Mr Gareth as our cabin teacher. "Who would like to go first?" He asked. Lacy put her paw up. "Lacy? Sure go a-" "no no, Mr Gareth not me first, but I know someone who would like to go first. Someone very experienced in rock climbing." She said to him. "And who may that be?" He asked her - half interested in his clipboard. "Why that's Glitter of course!" Lacy said. Glitter looked nervous. "C'mon Glitter! You're so good!" I said to her. Mr Gareth attached her into the harness. She looked at him with a nervous smile. She looked really scary. "So much for being so experienced." Frankie whispered to us. Suddenly Glitter was off. She climbed very very slow. Not even after 20 seconds she screamed. "AHHHH GET ME DOWN! ITS TOO HIGH!" She shrieked. Mr Gareth quickly brought her down. When she came back to us she looked shell shocked! Haha! Deserved! "What happened to being so good and experienced at rock climbing, huh?" Gypsy asked her. "I-I uhhh Layla! Explain for me." Glitter ordered her. Layla came up to us. "She just is not used to those shaped for rock climbing. Do not question her abilities." She said to us. "Yeah yeah Layla, go on be a little minion." I said to her. "I'm not a minion. Don't call me one." Layla snapped at me. Gee, someone's mad.
