A/N: The struggle I went through with this scene when I saw it! I had to watch it again just to write it, I don't recommend it, lol. In memory of the bravest house elf that ever lived.
Ángeles' POV
That day in the Malfoy mansion, we received firsthand information that, indeed, Harry and his friends had gone to see Mr. Lovegood in search of information about the Deathly Hallows, which were far from being a myth. Thanks to Dolohov, we knew that Voldemort had gone with Nagini in search of one of the most important relics for him: the Elder Wand, a powerful wand—no, the most powerful of all. With it, life and death would be mere words, almost like dark magic, which goes far beyond both. However, we knew that Harry and his friends had escaped yet again, despite Mr. Lovegood's attempts to buy time for the Death Eaters to come after him, so now it depended on the Snatchers to find them. Pretending to be in so much pain that I could hardly move, I managed to avoid going to look for Harry with the Snatchers. Besides, I didn't know why they would make me go; I didn't know why they would need me there. I mean, there are so many of them, and they're so brutish, right? They'd be fine. Plus, I wanted to observe Draco for more than five minutes, so I had the perfect excuse to stay close to him.
"How's everything in the basement, Pettigrew?" Snape asked the strange man whose name I now knew.
"Everything is fine, sir," he replied with a disgusting smile. "They haven't caused any major problems, except for that horrible manipulative goblin."
Ah, that goblin, Griphook. From the moment I saw him, I knew he would cause trouble. I don't know, something about him told me that he couldn't be trusted; there was something very hostile and negative in his aura.

In the afternoon, we received the information we needed: apparently, Harry Potter and his friends had been captured by the Snatchers, and with them, they had the Sword of Gryffindor, a silver sword that belonged to Godric Gryffindor, one of the founders of Hogwarts. Where had they gotten it? That must be worth a fortune! Right? I mean, it was made of pure silver and had jewels embedded in it, according to the description. The Snatchers would be thrilled with such a fortune to sell and divide among themselves... For their part, the Death Eaters would also be happy if they had Harry in their grasp. We all knew that Harry would do anything to defend his friends, and that was a resource they had to exploit if they wanted to succeed. The table rose, and everyone began to disperse, heading to different parts of the mansion or staying in the living room. Without thinking much, I took the opportunity to approach Draco before he could leave with his father and gave him a hug, which he returned with desperation.
"Maybe it all ends today," I murmured, not letting go of him.
"I hope so," he replied, also not letting go of me.
We separated just enough to exchange a look filled with hope but with a slight tremor of uncertainty before heading to the main hall. There, the atmosphere was so dense that it was hard to breathe.
When the Snatchers entered, they brought with them three exhausted people along with the sword. They were indeed Harry and his friends; however, Harry looked strange, as if his face was completely swollen, making him unrecognizable. I could recognize him simply by his aura, but I understand that this was not something everyone could do. Bellatrix approached them, almost... smelling them!? And pointing her wand at them. Draco and I were together, with his parents by his side, so pale they looked like marble statues, rigid as a wand. When Bellatrix reached Harry, she roughly grabbed his hair and threw him to the ground, crushing him under her foot while still pointing her wand at him. She lifted him again, showing us his swollen and trembling face, while her wand was at his throat.
