SUMMER HAD DONE exactly what Amerie told her to looked hot and gone out with Malakai. They had gone to the arcade. When they arrived Summer squealed in excitement and he realized how freaking cute she actually was.

"I don't know," Malakai said as he played one of the arcade games, "I think I'd get a scorpion on my leg."

"Why a scorpion?" Summer asked.

"Does it have to have meaning?" He responded.

"Well, it is going to be there forever." She shrugged her shoulders.

"All right. The meaning is..." He pressed down on the lever, "Scorpions are sick."

"Very deep," Summer said sarcastically with a nod.

"Thank you," He replied before glancing over at her, "What would you get?"

"A tramp stamp, with your basketball number." She answered with a grin. He let out a laugh, "Don't laugh, we're gonna have a Haley James and Nathan Scott moment."

"Who are they?" He asked in confusion.

"From One Tree Hill."

Malakai just had blank expression.

She rolled her eyes, "Boys just disgust me."

"How do I disgust you when you're obsessed with me?" He asked as he continued to play the game.

"Obsessed is a stretch."

"Really?" He chuckled, "Let me see your lock screen then."

"No," Summer replied with a shy smile, "How do you even know about that?"

"Nate," Malakai answered.

"Of course that bitch opened his mouth," She shook her head with a sigh. She thought for a moment, "I actually know what'd I'd get."

"What?"

"Just Guy," Summer responded, making him raise his eyebrows. "From the Croods." He let out a laugh. "Seriously, that man can do me no wrong. He is perfect in every way."

"No, I just didn't realize my competition was an animated cave man." Malakai said before he grinned.

She smiled back, leaning into the side of the game.

The boy turned to her, "Look, I know about the video. You don't have to protect me from it."

She frowned, "I'm really sorry. It's so wrong."

"It's okay," He assured her, shrugging his shoulders. "I'm not angry. Oh, but I do have a question."

"What?" Summer questioned, staring up at him with her big brown eyes, thinking he was going to say something serious.

"Did you know I have the highest score on Dance Dance Galactica Domination 3?" He asked, a smile forming on his lips.

She clicked her tongue, "Sad day for you then, Troy." He grinned down at her.
