Airship
The students in the Airship watched below as Beacon Academy shook. Every head turned to the Gym as two giant titans emerged from it, destroying the roof of the gym.
Kelsey and the rest of Team SHRN were shocked.
"What the hell..?!" Hayden said out loud. He used his Semblance, which can see far distances with exact precision.
"It's.. Headmaster Sasuke and Katsuro!"
Kelsey and the rest of Team SHRN looked at him, then back at the two giant titans as the Indigo one swung his sword and Sasuke swung his sword from behind Katsuro's titan.
Suddenly, as Katsuro's titan was about to move, he was stopped by Sasuke's titan, they both nodded and then Katsuro's titan disappeared.
Katsuro, Sarada
He knelt, his hand trembling as he reached out, the horror of her stillness clawing at his heart.
"No... Sarada..." Katsuro's voice cracked, barely a whisper as he cradled her. A storm of grief and rage simmered within him, yet he felt an overwhelming stillness, as though time had come to a halt.
A storm brewed within him, wild and uncontainable.
It was an agony he'd known before, one he had buried deep within his soul—the same bitter pain that came when Izuna had fallen, leaving a scar that never healed.
He bowed his head, his black hair shadowing his eyes.
The crackle of Sasuke's battle in the distance barely registered as a roar built inside him, shattering the numbness that had held him paralyzed.
Katsuro's hands glowed with a soft green chakra, trembling as he attempted to channel healing energy into Sarada.
Behind him, Sasuke stood victorious over the Otsutsuki, the alien's broken body lying crumpled amid the wreckage.
The battle had ended but at a devastating cost.
Sasuke's eyes, hardened from years of war, softened as he took in the scene before him—Katsuro kneeling, grief-stricken, beside his fallen sister.
A sudden pulse of energy erupted from Katsuro, raw and fierce, sending cracks spidering across the floor.
Katsuro felt a familiar feeling. The familiar whirl of tomoe in Katsuro's eyes spun frantically, shifting into a dreaded and revered pattern. His Mangekyou Sharingan ignited with a brilliance that seared through the air, its deep crimson shifting to a haunting shade of purple.
Rings etched themselves within the irises, forming the unmistakable pattern of the Rinnegan. The sheer force of this awakening shook the remains of the gym, the air crackling with newfound power.
Katsuro's breath came in ragged gasps, his vision clearer. He felt the weight of countless lifetimes pressing down on him, the power of the Rinnegan coursing through his veins like wildfire.
The power he still carried from his past life, awakened.
Yet, it was not triumph he felt—it was emptiness, a void that power could never fill.
Sasuke stepped forward cautiously. "Katsuro..." he called out, his voice a mix of relief and concern, the tension in the air thick enough to cut through.
Katsuro's gaze met his father's, eyes now shimmering with the divine power of the Rinnegan. The deep purple orbs glowed with raw, untamed energy that seemed almost foreign to the young Uchiha's face.
Sasuke's body flinched, and his breath hitched as he took in the sight. 'Rinnegan... how did he awaken it?!'
The grief was palpable in Katsuro's expression—raw and unhealed—but it was now accompanied by an unyielding resolve, a fire that burned brighter than the pain. Without hesitation, he clasped his hands together, chakra surging through him in a torrent of power.
