So here's the squad from Noah's sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth, who started families post-flood.
Japheth's crew included Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras.
Gomer's fam had Ashkenaz, Riphath, and Togarmah.
Javan was rolling with Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim. Their descendants spread out, grabbing islands and lands, each crew sticking to their own vibe and language.
Ham's lineup: Cush, Mizraim, Phut, and Canaan.
Cush's kids included Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, and Sabtechah, with Raamah having Sheba and Dedan.
Cush also had Nimrod, who was the first to be a boss on Earth. Dude was a legendary hunter, so much so, they were like, "Nimrod, the hunter that even God notices." He started his empire with Babel, Erech, Accad, and Calneh in Shinar. From there, Asshur went and built Nineveh, Rehoboth, Calah, and Resen, which is massive, sitting between Nineveh and Calah.
Mizraim fathered Ludim, Anamim, Lehabim, and Naphtuhim, Pathrusim, Casluhim (Philistines came from them), and Caphtorim.
Canaan's first was Sidon, then Heth, and the fam expanded to include Jebusites, Amorites, Girgasites, Hivites, Arkites, Sinites, Arvadites, Zemarites, and Hamathites, spreading far and wide. Canaanites' turf ran from Sidon to Gerar near Gaza, and all the way to Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, up to Lasha.
That's Ham's fam tree, sorted by language, territory, and nation.
Shem, the big bro and father of all Eber's kids, also started a fam.
Shem's boys were Elam, Asshur, Arphaxad, Lud, and Aram.
Aram's crew included Uz, Hul, Gether, and Mash.
Arphaxad had Salah; Salah had Eber.
Eber had two sons: Peleg (his time saw Earth divided) and Joktan.
Joktan was dad to Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah, Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah, Obal, Abimael, and Sheba, Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab. All these were Joktan's.
They settled from Mesha to Sephar, eastern mountains.
That's Shem's fam, by their languages, lands, and nations.
So, Noah's fam branched out into nations post-flood.
