We all have that one person we can't let go of, even if they let go of us.
Chapter 33
Yoongi seemed to be in a mood after that moment. Taehyung had never seen this side of his boss. It has kind of taken him aback because he could feel his terrifying presence in the surroundings. He could even barely go near him because he was afraid of what Yoongi might do.
“Mr. Kim, is Mr. Min in his office?” Mr. Kyung asked.
He was one of the heads of the company.
“Yes, he is, Mr. Kyung, are you here for a meeting?” Taehyung responded with a question.
“Yeah, can you tell him I'm here? It would be finished early.” Mr. Kyung said.
“Sure, Mr. Kyung." Taehyung then walked in front of Yoongi's office and softly knocked on the door.
“What?” Yoongi's response was kind of frightening. It even sent a shiver down Taehyung's spine.
“Mr. Kyung is here to talk to you,” Taehyung responded while standing outside of the door.
There was a second of silence before Yoongi responded. “Let him in.”
Mr. Kyung thanked Taehyung before going inside the office. Taehyung just sighed and went back to his desk; maybe his boss was pissed off at whatever Jungkook had spoken to him. It was very understandable because Jungkook could be a jerk most of the time, and he proved it a lot of times.
Once his shift ended, he had never seen his boss come out of his office. He told him goodbye before leaving the company. Taehyung was walking to the bus stop, but he could still reach the last bus.
As he was about to see the bus stop, a familiar car stopped right in front of him, blocking his way. Jungkook came out of the car and looked at him.
“What are you going to do this time? Should I really file a restraining order against you?” Taehyung sighed frustratedly.
“Taehyung, listen to me first,” Jungkook uttered in a concerned tone.
“I told you to leave me alone, right? How many times do I have to tell you that?” Taehyung doesn't really want to talk to him.
“It's important, please, listen to me at least once,” Jungkook pleaded to him.
“If that is nonsense, I'll leave, okay?” Taehyung just gave him a chance because, for some reason, he could tell Jungkook seemed to be desperate to talk to him as if it was necessary.
“Leave that company,” Taehyung was pissed when he heard that came out of Jungkook's mouth. “I'll do anything to provide your needs just please leave that company,” Jungkook told him.
“And why do you think I would do that?” Taehyung glared at him.
“For your own safety, please, Taehyung,” Jungkook has worry written on his face.
“Have you lost your mind?!” Taehyung retorted in a mocking tone. “Seriously Jungkook, why are you like this? Are you trying to ruin my life again? Now that I can work peacefully without you interfering with it, and you wanted me to leave the only company that was not afraid of you?! Are you insane?!” he argued.
“No, it's not like that, I just want you to be safe. Please trust me; I can make sure you'll be able to work wherever you are qualified. I'm begging you, please listen to me at least once,” Jungkook begged while looking at Taehyung with frightened eyes.
“Jungkook, you need help, I'll tell you this for the last time. Leave me the fuck alone, I don't want to deal with you. And if you don't listen to me, I'll make sure you are never going near me,” Taehyung then walked away.
“Taehyung, please, Taehyung,”
Jungkook tried to approach him, but luckily, the last bus arrived, and Taehyung went inside, leaving Jungkook just like that.
