Chapter 36
“─re you doing?! I told you I'm going to fix everything!”
“This is the only way to do it!”
Taehyung heard voices; his head was dizzy, but he could slightly hear them.
“Shut up! You are just making things worse! What do you think will happen to you if you'll ever get caught?!”
He was sure, he heard this voice. It was very familiar to him.
“Once I got him, nothing matters to me! I don't care whether I'll get in jail or what?! I just want revenge!”
But this time, this voice wasn't familiar to him. It was his first time hearing it.
“Jimin, listen to me...”
Jimin? Who was that?
He didn't know anyone with the name Jimin.
What was happening?
“This wouldn't solve anything, you are being rash! I─”
Taehyung groans as he opened his eyes, and slowly looked in front of him. To his surprise, he saw Yoongi with a man named Jimin. He saw how Yoongi seemed to be shocked and anxious when he saw them. He had realized he was tied to a chair with a cloth between his mouth, preventing him from speaking or making noises.
“Finally, you're awake,” Jimin walked in front of him and tugged his hair harshly.
“Jimin!” Yoongi shouted his name but Jimin heard nothing and glared at Taehyung.
“Oi, listen to me, you better do what I want, do you understand?” Jimin's voice was threatening.
Since Taehyung was still light-headed, he really couldn't understand anything. He grumbles in pain when Jimin harshly gripped his hair.
“Do you understand?!” Jimin shouted, which frightened Taehyung, who unconsciously nodded his head. “Good, because if you don't do what I want, you'll regret everything.”
Taehyung's yells of pain when he felt something sharp was stabbed on his left leg. But his yell was simply muffled because of the cloth in his mouth.
“Calm down, Jimin, you should've known that Jungkook wouldn't like it if something happened to him, right?” Yoongi tried to pull Jimin away.
His eyes met Yoongi, hoping to understand what was happening. His eyes were teary but Yoongi simply looked away from him. Taehyung felt betrayed; he couldn't believe Yoongi would be part of this.
Was Yoongi approached him to take revenge on Jungkook?
Taehyung didn't realize tears were falling from his eyes. He wasn't sure if it was because of pain, betrayal, or being hopeless.
He groaned once again when Jimin tugged his hair; this time, it was harsher than earlier.
“You gotta make a call and you have to bring Jungkook here, do you hear me?” Jimin told him in a venomous tone.
Taehyung nodded his head. He was confused because why would they even want him to get Jungkook? Yoongi himself knew that he and Jungkook had separated and had no important connection to each other. It would be just a waste of time to kidnap him in the first place.
“If you fail to bring him here, I'll kill you.” It was not a simple threat.
Taehyung just swallowed hard. Even if he could bring Jungkook, he hoped Jungkook would be safe, and nothing would happen. He doesn't want someone to die because of him.
