After finding out that Kubritz is working with General Morando. The Tarron family act fast before Morando and his machines arrive at their house to raid. They did plan to use the wormhole to transport their parents, who are in their final stages of regeneration, to keep them safe. Unfortunately though, the wormhole collapse due to that there wasn't enough power and couldn't risk to use up the ones regenerating their parents. Only Zadra made it through, but one of the Akiridion scientists warns about the main reason why Morando is on Earth.
That he's after the Gaylen's core which was believe to be a myth until now. Yet fortunately Morando doesn't know its location. Only ones who contain that knowledge are the king and queen. So then Morando somehow connect himself to their memory in their cores. However, Krel and Aja did the same as they were hidden and guided by Mother ship. Once the royal siblings got the knowledge, they wasted no time to try to escape while Morando had to retreat.
Though it may seem like a victory for the Terran, there was a sacrifice where Mother use what's left of her power to save the king and queen by restoring the stasis chamber until she was erased.
Of course the humans and the trollhunters did come to aid the Terran during the royal siblings seeking knowledge of the Gaylen's core as they done their best. Even now they still help as we see Stewart is driving his taco truck while escorting the royals to a hideout. Though the escorting seems to be...too fast.
