45 | DATE SETTING WITH TWO IDIOTS

"YOU'RE doing it wrong, Elliot!" The female with blue hair clamored while she positioned the fruit into the glass containers. Various kinds and different sizes altogether.

"Well, you do it if you know how to do it then!" Elliot shouted over in an equal manner Evie had done. The irritation between the two could palpate miles away.

For the last hour, under the milk and rays of sunlight that shined above them, the trio had been helping Harry set up the date, not to leave behind the constant arguing between the pair was accompanying them making Harry take deep breaths of air.

"I do know how to do it!" The girl fired back.

"Can yeh both shut up already?!" The yelling of both had Harry irritated by now, he had to mix in to settle them both.

He had continuously released puff after puff and roll of eyes after roll of eyes from how much the fashionista was fighting to have everything perfect with the boy. The pirate simply couldn't take it anymore.

"I don't care how yeh guys do it, jus' stop fighting." Coming closer to them he explained it slowly. As if he was talking to a pair of animals.

"Say it to her not me." And as if talking to a baby, Elliot crossed his arms dropping the flowers.

"I'm telling both of yeh." The words fell off gritted teeth from Harry toward Elliot. "Do yeh understand?"

The boy merely rolled his eyes snatching the petals of flowers to sprinkle them all around the blanket that lay on the grass. Purposely throwing them everywhere to embody anger in Evie, just to quickly settle them back neatly when the eyes of the pirate would get his attention.

They were setting the place up a hill from the school, not too far not too close. The trio had set up the blankets around the grass, adding up the food and candles around. Each had agreed that the son of Rapunzel would stay around to guard the space while Harry would get ready, and wait for Cassia.

it was consistent complaining from the boy and questions of 'Why do I have to do it?' And the answer was because the other two had one thing to do, Harry to get ready and Evie to help Cassia get ready. It was only fair for the boy to help and do it given that he was the only one with free time.

Upon having everything ready on the hill, the last thing that had to be done was to get the lights. It had been agreed that Mal was going to help them match them all at once so they would go all up at the same time.

Elliot knew he wouldn't be matching up almost one hundred lanterns on his own. It would be as if running a marathon only he wouldn't get anything out of it. Well, maybe happiness for his friends. But come on, we are talking personal here.
