PART 58

It's been 4 days, since bondita left RC haveli and anirudh. Everybody is in distress after anidita's announcement but they can't interfere much in their matter when both have already decided what to do in their life.

Divorce 3rd and last counseling is today only and today they are going to decide on their marriage.

Anirudh along with the counsellor waiting for bondita in the room.

Counsellor told anirudh that bondita arrived here early only but got a call and excused herself saying washroom but it's almost half an hour and she is still not here.

“ mam i am going to look for her. Please wait for a few more minutes. I am coming.” requested he stand to go outside to look for a bondita.

“ I am here mam. Sorry for making you all wait.” apologized bondita entering the door after knocking.

“ no problem, now come sit.” asked the counsellor to which she nodded taking her seat while not looking at him who too is not looking at her.

After what felt like hours, counsellor finally understood something is bothering both which is stopping them from continuing their marriage even though they wanted each other. She tried to know but at the end sighed knowing they are determined to take divorce.

“ ok then, let me ready the divorce papers, till then you both wait here.” excused the counsellor leaving the room.

Both were sitting silently in awkwardness not knowing what to say or not.

“ I wish you to be happy after this marriage.” said bondita with a painful yet bigger smile on her.

“ meri khushi toh sirf tumse hi hai.” thought he but with a smile replied- “I wish you too.”

“ obviously afterall we both will be happy as this relationship is not what we want from the beginning. Isn't it?” asked she while gulping the build up tears in her eyes.

“ hmm..” hummed he not wanting to say anything.

“ but atleast we can be friend. Can we?” asked she in a hope.

“ yaa. We came this long so being friends is possible.” replied he with a fake smile making her nod.

“ here both of you sign in this. Still I am asking you both for final. Are you sure you want divorce only? Not a second chance for each other?” asked the counsellor entering the room with some of the papers in her hand.

“ no mam we are sure. We want this only.” replied bondita without any delay.

“ afterall for my happiness I can't snatch other's happiness and life being selfish for me.” thought she still smile lingering on her face.

“ok then, sign here and then you both are free from this marriage.” sighed the counsellor looking at them with disappointment shaking her head in disbelief.

Both nodded signing the papers with shaking hands finally completing their divorce and getting free from this marriage.

“ and from here both's path is different. I wish you both a happy life ahead. I am taking my leave.” wished the counsellor both and left the room with papers in her hand.

While both anirudh and bondita smiled at each other painfully and left the room to their different direction.

Anirudh left to his work which is in court only while bondita towards her scooty in the parking stand.

She is going to start the scooty when someone which has started annoying her too much now days came towards her with a sly smile lingering on her face.
