His POV

The ballroom buzzed with nervous energy, a symphony of clinking glasses and hushed conversations.
I felt it too, a knot of tension in my stomach.
My eyes scanned the room, searching for her.

Then I saw her, a vision in yellow. Mimi.
Her gown shimmered under the dim lights, catching the reflections of the chandeliers.
Her smile, radiant and warm, was like a beacon, drawing me in.

"You look beautiful, Mimi," I whispered, my voice husky with a mixture of awe and apprehension.

She smiled, a radiant smile that lit up her face.
"Ang Gwapo mo, Riel," she said, her voice a soft melody.

I reached out, taking her hand in mine.

Her skin was warm beneath my touch, and I felt a jolt of electricity run through me.

As the speeches droned on, I couldn't help but feel possessive, as I watched other guys steal glances at her

As the speeches droned on, I couldn't help but feel possessive, as I watched other guys steal glances at her.
But I held her hand tight, a silent promise of protection and devotion.
"She is mine, for tonight at least," I thought, my heart doing a little dance in my chest.

Then, she was on the stage, the spotlight bathing her in a golden glow.
The music started, the opening chords of "Emotions" filling the air.
I knew this song, knew how it made Mimi feel.
It was a song of passion, of longing, of a love that burned with an intensity that could consume.

"You've got me feeling emotions
Deeper than I've ever dreamed of
You've got me feeling emotions
Higher than the heavens above"

As she sang, her voice filled the room, raw and powerful.
She poured her heart into every note, her eyes closed as she surrendered to the music.
A wave of pride washed over me, a sense of ownership that warmed me from the inside out.

The audience was mesmerized. They swayed to the rhythm, their faces illuminated by the dancing lights.
Some whispered amongst themselves, their eyes glued to Mimi.
Others sang along, their voices blending with hers in a chorus of shared emotion.

When she hit the high notes, a gasp rippled through the crowd. The power of her voice was undeniable, a force that commanded attention and respect.
I felt a shiver run down my spine, a testament to the raw talent I witnessed.

Then came the whistle, a high-pitched, piercing sound that cut through the air.
It was a moment of pure brilliance, a testament to her vocal prowess.
The crowd erupted in applause, their cheers echoing through the ballroom.

I watched her, my heart overflowing with love and admiration.
In that moment, I knew she was truly special, a star destined to shine.
And I, I was lucky enough to be standing right here, witnessing her brilliance.

She return to my side with a smile on her face

"I'm so proud of you" I say and she blushes

The music changed, a slow waltz filling the air, and I knew my chance had come.
