5. Just sing

Sunghoon looks at Sunoo and says.
" You might want to fix your hair. It's a bit......messy."

"Oh.... sure." Sunoo takes his phone to look at the camera so he can fix his hair.

The members watch as Sunoo takes out his phone to fix his hair. They can see him staring intently at his reflection on the camera, but there's also a hint of something else in his eyes.

It's a look they can't quite decipher, a mix of tiredness, worry, and something else they can't quite pinpoint.

"How I said, I'm okay. Now stop staring. It's weird." Sunoo looks at them with his head tilted and a little smile.

The members are pulled out of their thoughts by Sunoo's words. They quickly avert their gazes.

Jungwon clears his throat and speaks up. "We're not staring, we're just a bit worried. You look like you didn't get any sleep at all."

" I told you I didn't sleep well. Now drop it already." Sunoo is kinda anoyed by how many times they already asked.

The members exchange glances with each other, not sure if they should drop the subject or push further.

Heeseung breaks the silence and says. "Fine. But if you need to talk or anything, we're here for you, okay?"

" Okay, okay." Sunoo rolls his eyes at Heeseung.

" But seriously get some sleep after we finish recording." Jake says.

Sunoo just looks at him before he continues to fix his hair.

Jay speaks up changing the topic. " We should head to the studio soon. Our manager is probably waiting for us.

" Okay let's go." Jungwon says.

The members all nod in agreement and start getting up, grabbing their belongings and preparing to leave.

As they start to head towards the door, Heeseung turns to Sunoo and asks. "You coming?"

" Yea. I'm coming." Sunoo says. He gets up and heads towards the door.

The members wait until Sunoo reaches the door before heading out. They all pile into the company van, and the drive to the studio begins.

During the drive, the members engage in light conversation, but Heeseung and Jungwon occasionally steal glances at Sunoo, who's sitting quietly in the corner with a blank expression.

The only thing Sunoo can think about is Sunghoon. Why would he say those things? Normaly he is so sweet towards Sunoo and now, sudenly he hates him?

"Your so anoying and attention seeking."

All of these words are hurting him. He admired Sunghoon so much. His visuals, his skils, his personality. But now he sudenly hates him? Sunoo didn't know Sunghoon thought of him that way.

Sunghoon always said how he will take care of Sunoo and treat him well. Which he did. Until a few weeks ago. Sundenly he became so distant towards Sunoo.

What happened?
Did Sunoo do something wrong?

"Is it all my fault?" Sunoo asks himself in his head. The ride to the studio feels like forever to Sunoo as he's lost in his toughts.

The members around him have immersed themselves in their own conversations, unaware of the torment going on inside Sunoo's head.

They finally arrive at the studio.

The members all get out of the car and are instantly bombarded by the flashing cameras and shouts of the paparazzi.

Security guards quickly form a protective barricade around the members, guiding them towards the entrance of the studio.

They all walk into the studio and sit down on the bench.

" Hello director." Jungwon says with a smile.

" Oh hello. You're here...... Okay, so today we're gona record "Moonstruck" for your upcoming album." The director says before he gets the gear ready.

"Is there anyone who want's to go first?"
The director aks.

" I want to." Niki says. He walks into the recording booth and starts with his part.

Like that, one by one, they go in and come out after finishing their part.

It's Sunoo's turn soon, and he waits anxiously, fiddling with his fingers.

" Okay last one. Sunoo come into the booth please." The director says.

" Coming." Sunoo gets into the booth and gets ready to sing.

" Okay. 3...2...1...record."

Sunoo starts singing his part but something doesn't fell right. He sudenly feels like something is blocking his throath and can't sing that well

Sunoo stops and says. " Um sorry can I go again?"

" Oh, okay." The director says. He presses record again.

Sunoo starts of smoothly but then that feeling comes again.

" Sunoo drink some water and try again, you sound horrible towards the end." The director says.

Sunoo nods and goes to drink some water. Normaly he can sing realy well but today for some reason he can't.

" Okay let's go again. 3...2...1...record." The director presses record again.

This time Sunoo is able to sing it, but it's still not the best.

" Sunoo you don't sound well today. Let's still keep this attempt but you're gona try it again next time. Okay?" The director says.

" Oh...okay." Sunoo says. He doesn't know what is happening with him. He wanted to do well but couldn't. On the other hand he doesn't have to bother beacouse he's leaving the group anyway.

He steps out of the booth.

The other members are all talking amongst themselves about how well they all did on their parts, but Sunoo stays silent, lost in his thoughts. This was probably the last time he was recording and maybe even singing.

Sudenly Sunoos belly grumbles. He hasn't eaten anything all day.

The grumbling of Sunoo's stomach interrupts the members' conversation and they all turn to look at him.

Jay breaks the short silence and says. "Dude, no wonder your stomach is making that noise, it's been hours since breakfast and we've been here all day."

"Yea." Sunoo says.

The members all notice the lack of enthusiasm in Sunoo's response, and a few of them exchange worried glances.

Heeseung speaks up. "Are you not hungry? We should take a break and get lunch."

"Oh....well I'm on a diet so I won't eat lunch." Sunoo says. He hates the fact that the company always gives him diets that are realy strict.

Jungwon immediately frowns at Sunoo's words.  "What? A diet? Since when? You don't need to diet, you're already super skiny."

" The company gave it to me." Sunoo says. He's a little confused why's Jungwon so suprised.

Heeseung raises an eyebrow at Sunoo's words. "The company gave you a diet?"

Jay chimes in with a skeptical tone. "Since when does the company tell us what to eat and what not to?"

"You never got a diet plan by the company? I tought everyone gets that." Sunoo says in a confused tone.

The members all shake their heads, looking confused.

Jake is the first to speak up. "No, none of us have ever been given a diet plan."
