20. I'm Getting Used To It

Sunoos POV (3pm)

"What are you doing?" Charlotte asks me as she sits down next to me on the couch.

"Scrooling trough social media." I say.

"You're literaly at my place just to be on your phone. That's rude." she fake pouts at me.

"Oh I'm sorry, but I do basicly live here at this point." I chuckle as I turn off my phone and look at her.

"Yea your right. You're here 24/7." She also chuckles.

"It's crazy how close we got in just a week." I say as I think about the past week.

"Right? That's what happens when two extroverts meet." she says as we both laught at her remark.

I stretch my arms and legs and say, "I can't remember the last time I did something productive. My body is super stiff from lying around all week."

Charlotte thinks for a while before she says, "We can go to the beach and swim as the sun sets."

I look at her and chuckle, "That sounds so romantic. I love it."

She smiles as she says, "Then thats a plan. The sun starts setting around 7pm so well go around then."

I nod, "Okay, I can't wait." I say exitedly.

(time skip to 6pm)

"Sunoo are you ready to go?" Charlotte shouts as she enters my apartment.

"Yep, I'm comming." I shout back as I walk out of my room. "What's the big ass bag for?" I ask as I see the fully packed bag in her hand.

"Oh I grabed a blanket so we can sit on it on the beach and then some food." She says as we walk out of my apartment and go down the stairs to exit the building.

We walk out and go towards her car. "Didn't know you could drive." I say as I sit in the pasanger seat.

"Of course I can. Your lucky that you have me cuz without a car it's realy hard to get around here." she says as she starts the car.

"Guess I am." I smile.

"Should I turn on the radio?" she asks as we start driving.

"Sure, I'll do it." I say as I reach out to turn on the radio.

After like 20 minutes we arive at the beach. We take our stuff and go to the beach.

"It's beatifull." I say as I look at the sky. The sun just started setting so It's perfect. We spread out the blanket and put our stuff on it.

"You ready to go swiming?" Charlotte asks as she smiles exitedly.

"Yes I am. Let's go." I say as I take off my shoes and my shirt. I already have my swim suit on so I don't have to change. Charlotte does just the same.

"3....2....1....go!" We both run into the sea exitedly. We start splashing water on each other and trow each other around. We laugh our hearts out as the waves knock us down.

I enjoyed every mili-second of that moment. I haven't had so much fun like this in such a long time. Going here was the best idea.

Sunghoons POV

I'm sitting on my bed in my room. I can hear Jay and Jungwon cooking in the kitchen.

Maybe I will finaly let myself eat something today. Maybe I can have a bit of food.

I've been overthinking everything these days. Well no wonder when there's a chance that one of my members left without a trace and I'm scared that he killed himself.

"Dinner's ready!" I hear Jay yell from the kitchen. I get up and go to the kitchen. As I walk in they both look at me with a suprised face.

"What?" I ask as I sit down at the table. "Oh, nothing." Jay says as he continues filling up bowls with his curry while he whispers something to Jungwon.

I sight and wait for Jay to give me my bowl of curry. The others also join one by one. We all start eating. This is probably the best food I ever had. It feels good to eat something again.

It's super quiet. Normaly we talk but today everyone seems to not be in the mood.

After a while Ni-ki speaks up, "Soooo do ya'll have any plans for this 'break'?" Everyone looks up and shakes their head. "Not yet. But maybe I'll visit my parents or something. I need to unwind my mind." Heeseung says.

We all agree. "That's a good idea. I haven't seen Layla in a while." Jake says as he thinks about his dog. We all talk about visiting our families and friends that we don't see often. The mood imidiately lightens.

As were talking my phone sudenly starts ringing. Everyone sudenly starts focusing on me. "Who is it?" I wonder. I pick it up and see the name.

"Grandma?" I say as I answer the call.

"Hello Sunghoon is that you?"

"Yes it is. Why are you calling?"

"We haven't seen in a while so I was wondering if you wouldn't have some time to visit me and your grandpa?"

"Oh actually I do have time. I would love to visit you."

"Realy? That's great. Then when will you come?"

"I can come tomorrow if you want me to."

"Of course. We'll be waiting then. I'll cook some good food for you."

"I can't wait. Goodbye."

"Bye."
