19. He Left For Good?!

"Is everyone here?" Jungwon asks.

The members are curently all in their bosses office. It's been a week since Sunoo disapeard and veryone is super worried.

"It's been a week boss. What will we do now?" Jungwon says to the boss.

"Already?" the boss says suprised, "I guess it's time for me to tell you something."

All of the members look at him in confusion. "What is it?" Jungwon asks.

"Sunoo said to keep this a secret and to not tell you but there isn't anything else I can do right now." the boss sights.

Everyone listens carefully. What was he keeping from them?

"Sunoo he.......the day before he disapeard he came to my office and said that he wants to leave the group. He didn't say the reason but I know that he looked hurt and sick." the boss says everything to them.

They all look at him in suprise. "H-he left the group?" Ni-ki asks tearing up. The boss nods.

"Did he at least tell you where he was going?" Jay asks pushing back tears.

"No, he didn't say anything." the boss answers with his head low.

"Well what are we supossed to do now? What about Enhypen?" Heeseung asks.

"You will have to continue without him." the boss says.

"No.....no. We can't just continue without him. We're incomplete witout him. Our group is seven not six." Jake says disagreeing. None off them like the idea of continuing as six.

"But the only other choice you have is to disband. Do you want that?" the boss asks.

"No we don't. But how Jake said, we can't continue as six, we at least need an explanation from him." Jay joins in to the discusion.

The boss thinks for a while. "Well we can ask the police to keep an eye out for him but we can't let the public know yet. Also I don't expect you to start work imidiately beacouse I know that your all in shock and that it will be hard for you. You can take a long vacation and figure out what to do with the future." he says.

"But what about our fans? This will delay our new album and all of our other activities." Jungwon asks.

"We can't tell them the truth for now. In a week we'll tell them about the delay and in about a month we'll tell them the truth. I know that you love Engenes and that they deserve to know the truth." the boss says.

Jungwon finaly agrees, "Oky then. If you find anything more about this then tell us please."

"I will. Bye for now." the boss says. They all bow and leave the office. Once they get to their dorm most off them go to their rooms since they probably need to be alone after hearing these news.

Sunghoon's POV

Troughout the whole discusion with our boss I didn't say anything. I kinda expected this to happen but I'm still shocked.

I walk into my room and sit on my bed. I'm staring at my wall with many toughts going through my head.

My body is shaking from how weak I am. It's been a week and I still haven't eaten. The members are already suspecting me for skiping meals beacouse I don't eat with them.

I look at my night stand and take the picture I have framed there. I look at it and tear up. It's our group picture.

What if we'll never be seven again?

What if I'll never see him again?

What if we disband?

This is ALL my fault. If only I didn't fuck up. To be honest I will never be able to come to terms with these "feelings". I just hate them so much. If they weren't here everything would be okay.

I continue lying on my bed, staring at the ceeling. Of course I don't fall asleep. I have clearly way too many things on my mind.

End of POV

It's geting closer to 7pm so Jay goes to the kitchen and starts making diner. He starts puting the ingredients into the pan.

Jungwon also goes to the kitchen and sits down at the diner table.

"Hey" Jay greetes Jungwon witha smile when he notices him, "Whatchu doing?" he asks as he sits down next to Jungwon.

"Nothing much." Jungwon says as he looks up from his phone and looks at Jay. "Hmmm you either came here cuz you missed me, or beacouse you have something on your mind." Jay says as he reaches his hand out and fixes Jungwons messy hair.

"Both." Jungwon fake-pouts and smiles after. Jay could melt at the sight of that face. He comes closer and huges Jungwon. "Is is about Sunoo?" Jay asks expecting to be right.

Jungwon hugs Jay back as he says, "Well Sunoo too but right now its Sunghoon."

"And what about Sunghoon?" Jay asks a bit suprised. "Well he's been acting super weird lately. I can't remember the last time I saw him eat." Jungwon says worriedly.

"Hmm that's true. He did say that he was eating alone though. Maybe he just needs space. I think ist cuz Sunoo's missing. You know they used to be realy close so he might take this harder than us. " Jay says as he rubs Jungwons back.

"But still. He looks much skinier so I don't believe the fact that he's "eating" alone. Also the first time when he refused to eat with us was when Sunoo was still here." Jungwon sights, "I think there's something else going on."

Jay pulls away from the hug and holds Jungwons hand. " You have a point but don't overthink it for now. We'll talk to him later ok?" he says.

Jungwon nods and smiles a bit.
