November 20, 2024

I don't have much work today because I was sick last night. I closed my opened classes and I worked on my reserved class. I got this dizziness and hotness last night because of my vaccine for anti-tetanus.

Good thing about this vaccine, I am able to walk but then a while ago, I stepped my foot forcefully, I felt that the pain from my foot is still there. I thought it's gone already. Anyway, I need to be ready if anything happens. In five days, if my foot did not recover, then I will need to see a surgeon.

I am also planning to see an ENT doctor because my ear keeps on being so itchy so I think I need doctor's prescription to buy something that could help stop the itchiness of my left ear.

Today, I am able to accomplish a lot of things. Firstly, I got to finish cooking both Sinigang Sa Pampano fish and Tinolang Manok. These are two healthy Filipino dishes that I usually cook. I used to not know how to cook. Because for me, cooking is complicated. But when my man came to my life, he made everything easy.

For example, this Sinigang. You just have to boil the tomato and onion. And then after making them cooked well, put some the fish and then put sinigang broth. After making the fish cooked, you may put the Kangkong or in English they call it  water spinach. Boil it for 5 minutes and tada! Done! Very simple right?

Next is Tinola. This is also very easy. Boil the chicken to make it's bacteria come out. You'll see some white bubbles on top. Take them away by scooping using a spoon. After that, fry onion and ginger. Put black pepper, the solid and seed-like black pepper. Not the ground pepper, okay? When it's already cooked, put the sliced-in-cubes Sayote or Chayote in English. Fry a little of it, put a chicken cube broth and then put some water. When the Chayote is already soft, just put the chicken and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Then, done!

Of course, the most important I got today is my driver's license. Yey! Last year, I wasn't able to get my ID because LTO said that they had been out of stock of ID cards for long time so I have to wait. I got my Driver's license last year of December 15 and now I just got the ID this November 20. Can't you believe that it took me almost a year just to get that ID?

HAHA! Finally got this!
