When he says, I would rather spend time with you

In all the bad memories and hateful things I had thought this day, the most special words I had heard is when my man started talking about real estate business. So I was listening to Chingkee Tan's interview to this couple.

They had told Chingkee that they met at a church. They have an 8-year gap. The woman wants to pursue medicine and the man wants to settle. The man kept on courting her and soon, they successfully became couple. The problem here is that, since the man wants to settle down and the woman still wants to explore, they kinda doubt if they really would be together. So when the man told her that he wants to settle down or else he'll start staying away to minimize the pain of not having her as his wife, the woman then decided to marry him. 

They became newlywed. But in that time, they were in debt. They're reception was still not paid. They're just waiting for the guests to give them some money from their wedding celebration. They got a great income but because of this big event, turned out, the money went out quickly. 

The man started his job as a real estate agent and the woman work in a hospital or maybe office. The man then do live selling online after his work. He kept on making more money. Their salary goes to savings and his other income goes to their bills. They both supported their family so they didn't have problems. 

Then one day, this man got a big project. He was offered to sell a land, subdivided lots of 250+. He proposed to the owner that instead of selling only lots, he will build houses and sell them both. The owner agreed. For many efforts, he got he first 8 clients who bought these planned house and a lot by cash. 

He continues getting profit from it and soon they became a developer company.

I told my man about this story but I was amazed about his plan. If only he wasn't scammed by his previous or ex-girlfriend, he planned to buy 10 hectares land and sell it lot by lot to his investors. He gathered investors already. Then when he got their money, instead of using the money to build house, he will use his land title to ask the bank to lend him the money so that the money he got from the investor won't be used. It's like, he used people's money and used the other one's peoples money.

It's very wise right? He used to dream like that but he said to me that he no longer dreams like that big. He told me that he'll just spend more time with me than with money, company, employees, managing everything... He told me that he would only like small or stable business with me, where we can still travel, eat foods we like, date anytime we want and so on. 

That's the most precious words I have ever heard from him. That's why I love him.
