The Revolt Begins! The Masked Singer Returns!

Welcome back! I must apologize for this chapter being posted late. For those who don't know, today was my birthday and so I was on a weekend vacation. I'm sorry for those who were waiting patiently. Anyways, if you remember how the Whole Cake Island went, then and I'm sure you all have a pretty good idea of what might ensue during this chapter. From where we left off last, Uta angrily interrupted a conversation between Sanji and Big Mom bringing all attention to her. What does she have to say and how will the plot of Whole Cake Island change further with Uta's intervention? Read to find out! I don't own One Piece.

"I demand an explanation."

Not even hiding the fact that she was eavesdropping, Uta barges in with an angry look on her face. The throne room that Uta entered was quite large and filled with different desserts with faces who stared at Uta as she entered the room. The chair that Big Mom was sitting on was pretty much a giant sundae and she is seen eating some talking cakes.

"No...why are you here?" Sanji asks, shocked at seeing Uta's presence.

"Oh, I never knew that the diva was an eavesdropper." Big Mom said with a laugh. "Things just got a little interesting."

"Why are you allowing 'Straw Hat' to go free?" Uta asks Big Mom angrily. "What's the big idea?"

At first, Sanji was appalled by Uta's question, but quickly realized that she was putting up an act to prevent Big Mom from finding out her relationship with Luffy. However, Sanji could soon tell where Uta's anger is truly aimed.

"Well, as you probably have heard, things got a little complicated." Big Mom said with a chuckle. "That aside, how did you find us? I don't remember telling you how to get to my throne room."

"Dumb luck." Uta answers as she flips her hair off her shoulders. "I was looking for the bathroom, but overheard that the groom wants to free 'Straw Hat' Luffy and that Big Mom is allowing this!"

"I understand your worry, but you must see things through my perspective." Big Mom said to Uta. "The wedding is far more important than that little scrub so I'll keep my word and let 'Straw Hat' go in exchange for Sanji's cooperation. I can be quite reasonable, you know."

Uta remembers what Big Mom said before about capturing Luffy and his friends and wonders if she truly intended to let things go. Given the circumstances, it would make sense for Big Mom to comply with Sanji's demands given how important the wedding is to her. Then again, if Luffy does anything stupid, it might go downhill just as fast. Uta sighs and walks up to the groom and emperors to listen to the conversation better.

"The crew member that you are allied with will be free to leave." Big Mom says as she throws another cake in her mouth. "I promise, I'll give you my word on it."

"And I thank you for that." Sanji said, happy to know that his friends will be spared. "I swear I'll do everything I can to make Pudding happy."

"You're head over heels in love with my little girl, aren't you?" Big Mom asks Sanji. "It warms my heart."

Big Mom then leans down to Sanji and Uta's eye level and gives them a most sadistic stare. The happy atmosphere vanished in an instant as Big Mom's inner rage leaked out.

"But let me make this clear, the Straw Hat's have done a truly unspeakable thing to me." Big Mom said, eyeing Sanji. "Under normal circumstances, I'd make sure they pay. So don't think I'm always this nice, Red."

"I'll remember that." Uta responded. "Did they really do that much damage to you?"

"Oh, you wouldn't know this would you, but allow me to list you the atrocities they have done." Big Mom said, leaning back up into her seat. "They have destroyed my Seducing Woods and defeated one of my Sweet Generals! Also, back on Fishman Island, the captain devoured my candies and had the gall to pick a fight with me!"
