Uta's Idol.

A Concert Two Years In The Making.

We are now entering 'Uta's Idol' version of the post-timeskip arc. This will also be the concert chapter so expect a lot of singing. Don't worry though, there will also be a proper explanation of what has happened in the last year since. So please, enjoy the first post-timeskip chapter of 'Uta's Idol'! I don't own One Piece.

"Grand Uta Musica Punch!"

Uta stares up at the morning sun creeping through her window and realizes that she was dreaming of fighting Luffy. Again.

"Man, that day was so fun that it always repeats in my head." Uta said to herself embarrassed. "I want to see him again."

Uta lets out a loud yawn as she slowly gets up from her bed. Even though it's been a year since she fought Tot Musica and life has been a bit rocky, but manageable since then.

"Hungry." Uta grumbles as she walks downstairs,  still in her music note pajamas and bed hair.

Uta walks downstairs to the kitchen where she can smell breakfast. When she enters the kitchen, she sees Gordon cooking some food. He looks over his shoulder and smiles when notices Uta.

"Good morning, sleepy head." Gordon casually greets waving a wooden spoon in the air. "Are you hungry?"

"Mhm." Uta grumbles, still tired.

"Well, aren't you cute with your involved hair and pjs." Pitch comments as she sips some green tea. "You look pretty happy, did you have a good dream?"

"Oh shut up." Uta snickers as she takes a seat at the table. "Where's Rave and Echo?"

"Echo is talking using the transponder snail to talk to Egghead and I think Rave is still sleeping." Pitch says. "Thanks to her communication jamming device, I doubt the World Government will pick up any of our conversations. After Rave still isn't finished with her final investigations."

"I see. How are we doing financially?" Uta asks as she was offered a glass of apple juice from Gordon. "Last I saw, our sales went up ever since we released the 'New Genesis Album' six months ago."

A few months after the battle with Tot Musica, Uta released 'New Genesis' as a solo and the song blew up. It was considered the song of the century and without a doubt Uta's biggest accomplishment as a diva. A few months ago, Uta put all of her original songs in her first album which was a top hit. However, since Abell was in charge of finances, marketing, and promotion, selling the albums wasn't easy. Thankfully, Gordon and Echo took the responsibility of filling the gap Abell left. Other than the new release of her album, Uta has continued to sing covers and do livestreams during the past year, returning to her everyday life.

"We're doing great financially." Gordon answers. "Although, without Abell's aid to do all the fine tuning, I'm afraid we were limited on our shipping options. Echo has been a huge help in aiding me, but she isn't qualified for this line of work."

Uta nods and sips her juice, still thinking of Abell.

"Speaking of Abell, did we get any news of her rehabilitation?" Pitch asks. "Last we talked to Bluebell, we were told that they were getting ready to do a transplant for her."

Several months after the events of Tot Musica, Abell woke up from her coma. Uta cried tears of joy when she heard Abell woke up, but her health was still a main concern at the time. Abell's internal organs were still heavily damaged and then there was her amputated arm. Despite having her arm sliced off, Bluebell and Hongo did well to stitch it back up. In the beginning, Abell didn't have any feeling in her arm, but eventually, she was able to hold and move it as the months went on. As of a few months ago, Abell's health has been declining due to organ failure. As a last digit effort, Echo asked Vegapunk to send Hancock some of their man made organs to Abell despite them being in their prototype phase. Despite the majority of what everyone had to say, Abell agreed to the terms and her surgery will start a week from today.
