The Demon Still Stands! Sing The Counterattack!

Sorry about the long wait. I was sick/congested for the first two weeks of June and writing was becoming the last thing on my mind. Alongside finishing my other projects, work, twitch, and other events planned, writing has not been something easy to do. Thankfully though, I'm able to publish the new chapter now. From where we last left off, the battle against Tot Musica still rages on, but with Uta and Luffy out of commission, will the battle be in the favor of the Section Leaders and their allies or will Tot Musica be the one to be on top? Perhaps there will still be some fight in those two left. Read to find out! I don't own One Piece.

The Section Leaders didn't expect to see Uta smashing into Tot Musica with enough force to knock the demon over. Once Tot Musica hit the ground, the surround fell on top of the demon. As for Uta, her unconscious body bounced off of Tot Musica and fell into the sea. Despite the danger of which Uta is in, they knew that with this, Luffy had won.

"He did it!" Gordon cries. "He defeated Uta! He saved her!"

"Of course, Luffy would do it." Abell said, smiling proudly. "No way he couldn't."

"He also managed to knock Tot Musica into the ground using Uta as a projectile." Rave said, shocked. "How hard did he hit her?"

"I guess Luffy made the right choice to crash this party." Rayleigh said smiling. "Uta's life would have been lost if it wasn't for him.

"Impressive, looks like that boy isn't all talk when he said he would save her." Bluebell said, smirking.

"Uta is a power user, isn't it bad that she fell in the ocean?" Echo asks concerned.

"No, the sea will cancel her powers and will save her! We couldn't hope for a better scenario!" Pitch said excited. "Still, I would like it if we can fish her out soon."

With Tot Musica lying underneath a giant pile of stone and Uta sinking in the sea, everyone knew they had to work fast.

"I'll go ahead and save Uta!" Abell yells as she throws the end of her chain into the water. "Don't give Tot Musica a chance to recover!"

Everyone nodded and headed over to Tot Musica while Abell jumped on top of the stones so she could get a better view of the cove's depths. Once Abell sets her sights on Uta, she skillfully uses her chain to wrap it around Uta's torso to get a good hold on her. Abell then pulls Uta up from the waters and into her arms.

Cough! Cough!

Once Uta was out of the water and in Abell's arms, she coughed out some water taking in some deep breaths.

"Welcome back to hell." Abell jokes. "You almost took the easy way out there."

"...yeah...I'm back..." Uta gasps as she moves off of Abell's arms and lands onto the ground. "I feel...so damn weak..."

"You should expect that much." Abell said. "After making that last ditch effort into transforming into that demon, you exhausted yourself of all your energy and haki. If it wasn't for Luffy, you probably would've killed yourself from overexerting yourself."

Uta nods slowly and remains on the ground to relax just for a bit so she can catch her breath. She then takes a look back to the direction of where she was launched from Luffy and tries to find him, but Uta's haki has run dry and she can't sense a thing. A sense of dread looms over her as she remembers the damage she has done to him and can only hope Luffy will be able to make it out safely. At the very least, Tot Musica shouldn't have any interest in attacking Luffy so being as far as he is should be a good thing. If it's Luffy, he can surely get back on his feet in no time. Probably.

"Hey, where's everyone else?" Uta asks weakly looking around.

BOOM! CRASH! THUD! WHAM! FWOOSH!
