Meeting the Army of Evil, Germa 66.

Hello again! I'm so happy that you are all enjoying the first chapter of the Whole Cake Island Arc! I'm somewhat debating how fast I should pace this arc. After seeing how I did during the previous chapter, I feel like I should flesh things out a little and so decided to hold off on Uta meeting Big Mom next chapter and focus on the interaction between Uta, the Section Leaders and the Vinsmoke family. Anyways, I hope you all enjoy this chapter as we get to see what happens when Uta and company meet the people who make up the Germa Kingdom! I don't own One Piece.

Despite Rave and Echo's worry, Uta and Pitch came back without a scratch on them. However, they came back with a troubled look on their face that raised concerns.

"Since Big Mom quieted down and the sounds of destruction stopped, I assume that her rampage is over right?" Rave asks.

"Yeah, Big Mom came back to her senses." Uta said with a nod. "It was all thanks to Jimbe."

"I'm glad to hear that everything turned out ok." Echo said, letting out a sigh of relief. "But what's with the worried look?"

"Right after Jimbe stopped Big Mom from her blind rage, he went to go talk to her about resigning from her crew." Pitch said.

"Is that a bad thing?" Rave asks, confused.

"I think it would be better if we just told you what we witnessed." Uta suggested. "Let's sit down."

Uta first begins her side of the story by explaining the power of Big Mom. From what Uta and Pitch saw, her strength was nothing to scoff at and the destruction she caused was testament to that. Uta further continued by talking about how she nearly killed her own child by taking a part of his lifespan. Despite the disbelief of her crew, Uta explained that Big Mom has the power of the Soul Soul fruit, a power for which she doesn't fully know. However, Uta does know that Big Mom can use her powers to manipulate the souls of other people, taking their lifespan and manipulating it. Just when the two thought she would go to destroy her own castle, Jimbe came in and fed Big Mom some of the dessert she craved ending her rampage. However, when she came to, Jimbe went to ask Big Mom to speak with her for which Big Mom did not look pleased.

"I believe in Jimbe and I am sure that he won't die to Big Mom." Uta said confidently. "I've had my fair share of time with that man and I know he isn't the type to act recklessly."

"Yeah, I believe your judgement on that." Pitch agrees. "But you can't deny that you might be in trouble if things go south. After all, dealing with an Emperor never goes as planned."

Everyone was silent for a moment, but was broken once Uta looked over to the side and smiled. Coming in from the side was Jimbe, safe and sound. Uta and Pitch quickly run over to Jimbe smiling before him.

"You made me so worried!" Pitch said, scolding Jimbe. "I thought Big Mom would steal your life away with how she acted!"

"I knew you would get out of there alive!" Uta said happily. "That's Jimbe for you!"

"I'm sorry that I worried you both." Jimbe said, smiling. "Alas, as expected, negotiations didn't go well at all."

"What happened?" Uta asks as Rave and Echo walk in to hear the conversation.

"After I asked Big Mom to leave her crew, she expressed slight anger towards me saying I am much too valuable of an asset for her to lose." Jimbe said. "If I were to leave her crew, then I would have to give her something in return."

"And what would that be?" Rave asks anxiously.

"That would be the lifespan of me and my crew." Jimbe said, furrowing his brow. "In order to leave this island, I must spin a roulette that signifies how many years I must sacrifice for her."
