Welcome to Fanfic's Hall of Fame, AutumnsWhisper!!!

AutumnsWhisper: For me it's an escape into a world crafted by the imaginations of your utmost passion and favored fanfic genre.

AutumnsWhisper: I was 16 years old and originally got started on FanFiction the website. My introduction was first Harry Potter and then really deepened from there when I discovered there were so many more genres that I loved like Lord of the Rings and Star Wars.

AutumnsWhisper: Yes actually. The two that actually really kickstarted my top fanfic became dear friends of mine I cherish, from other states. We have a group on discord where we keep in touch as well.

AutumnsWhisper: I would say it really helped me in times when I felt I'd lost my passion for writing. When I started getting comments and different people's perspective on this world created I realized maybe there truly was a place for me and that I did have a gift. I seriously love nerding out with fellow fans of the same fandom.

AutumnsWhisper: I would say the readers to hear their thoughts and what resonates with them, what they love about the complexities and dynamics of the characters and the world itself. It's the best present I could ask for and for me it's like Christmas haha.

I seriously love their input because I feel it not only shapes you as a writer or what can be improved, but it also gives you an outside perspective outside your box. Especially if you hope to someday put your own original work out there you already get a taste of that.

AutumnsWhisper: Oh man well I can definitely tell it's gotten more popular than even when I was in school which was the early 2000's. Honestly I've seen some of the best writing from FanFiction's, some of which have turned into actual published works after changes are made and I think that's really neat.

I believe it's only going to grow more popular as time goes on especially when there's book bindings out there-with the authors permission- that allow readers to have it on the shelves to read as a treasured work.

AutumnsWhisper: Oh definitely Krayylor, MDJarin17, and then ani-baby. They are seriously some of the best and most supportive people I've met that I'm closest to.
