SSears90: I have always seen them both as not just a community, but also a family. Being part of a fandom and reading fanfiction brings so many people from such diverse backgrounds together in a way like nothing else. We all have different lives but when we meet to discuss our favorite people, groups, etc... It's as if we have all known each other our entire lives. It's great to meet so many people around the world you have something in common with.

SSears90: BTS. I originally fell into the rabbit hole of learning who BTS was after discovering them on a talk show, and then stumbled upon a fanfiction story one day. Honestly the rest was history. I found myself sucked in by so many amazing stories and decided it was time I give it a go and try writing myself as well.

SSears90: Yes I do! The first person I really started to develop a friendship with over BTS fanfictions was my good friend, LAJoyner. It was great, we have gotten along right from the start and have the same passion. She also posts her own stories on here. We have been in contact for quite a while now and have become great friends through our mutual love of Wattpad.

SSears90: It has become a great way to express my feelings. Whether happy or sad, I can write or read about the characters in stories and connect with them on such a personal level to where it suddenly doesn't feel like I am alone anymore. Sometimes it's just a great distraction to get my mind off the noisy world around me. I also love sharing updates and news to my dedicated readers.

SSears90: My favorite part is seeing the creative process and watching an idea come to life to be shared with the world. When it comes to writing, I can express any emotion I want to and create a world all of my own, and sometimes that distraction is so nice. I also love reading how creative other authors are.
