"I still think she fancies you." Matilda says, drawing a light laugh from Jenny.
"What makes you think so, little bee?" Jenny smiles, holding the girls hand as they walked past the street lights to their home.
"Did you see how she hugged you? She seemed upset to say goodbye."
"She's only a friend, dear. There's nothing more to it." Jenny says softly with a smile.
"Today has been so incredible." Matilda mentions. "I never knew there was more people like me. Or the fact that you're an ymbryne." She adds with a grin, looking up at her.
"Neither did I. It's so hard to believe yet here I am experiencing it." Jenny chuckles.
The two spoke quietly to each other as they walked home, about to near the corner to the rental house when Jenny heard a noise by the alleyway, almost like a person.
"What was that?" Matilda whispers, the younger woman moving the girl alongside her as they walked a bit faster, Jenny glancing behind her a few times.
"Just keep walking till we get home." She says, the girl listening when Jenny suddenly heard footsteps behind her. "Don't look behind, keep walking and when you see the house, run." She whispers quietly, holding on to the girls hand tight. Jenny felt her heart beating hard in her chest, keeping Matilda close beside her when she heard the foot steps grow faster.
"Matilda, get to the home." Jenny says quickly, the girl letting go of her hand and running ahead, Miss Honey quickly turning to face the person. She barely had time to react when she felt them smack her head off the pavement, a tight hold on her neck as Jenny tried to let herself free. Matilda, where was she? She tried calling out to the girl when the person placed their hand firmly against her mouth, Jenny looking up and her eyes widened when she seen who it was. She attempted biting down on the persons hand to get them off when her head smacked against the pavement once more. Dizzy and her vision a blur, she tried lifting herself up, looking around for Matilda. Jenny managed to lift herself back up onto her feet, stumbling towards where the girl had ran.
"Matilda." She goes to shout, but her voice was too weak, her head heavy. Was she bleeding? What had happened? Her gaze slowly moved back up and through her double vision she seen Matilda shouting her name, Jenny trying to run over to her when her vision tilted and she fell onto the sidewalk, her vision blacking out.

Miss Honey slowly opened her eyes, seeing the sunlight that casted through the windows in the unfamiliar bedroom, a dull pain in the back of her head. What had happened? She was walking with Matilda and-
"Matilda!" Jenny shouts, immediately sitting up in bed when she felt a pair of arms gently push her back down, the younger woman about to fight against whoever it was until she seen the familiar blue eyes of the ravenette.
"Jenny, it's alright." She says softly.
"Where is Matilda? I need to go get her." Jenny says, her heart beating furiously in her chest, panic filling her but when she went to sit up, her vision swam from the pain in her head.
"Jenny, lay back down." Alma says, her tone firm but caring, looking at the woman with an equal amount of concern and confusion. "What happened?"
"I need to find her, please." Jenny begs, her voice cracking and she tried to sit back up, but the ymbrynes hands were placed on her shoulders to keep her down.
"Jennifer, listen to me." Alma speaks up, the younger woman finally laying still as tears pricked the corner of her eyes. "I went to see if you got home safely and found you unconscious on the sidewalk. What happened when you went home last night?"
