It was noon when I finally looked at my phone. I had a few texts and an email from my classmate with the notes from the class I missed this morning. I sighed as I realized I would need to study those before the next class on Thursday.

Leo checked his phone around this time too and he let out a groan of frustration. I kept my face pointed away from him so I wouldn't accidentally snoop and look at his phone. "Everything okay?"

I opened up Roxy's message first, it was just asking if Leo stayed the night. She was home.

"I'm missing rehearsals, and Levi is still mad about yesterday." Leo stated and I turned to look at him.

"What time was rehearsals?"

He clicked a button to call someone, but answered me first, "like two hours ago. They're going to make us stay late based on how late I get there."

I frowned, but whoever was on the other side picked up. They started yelling and Leo winced, but he let them go off and when they took a breath he apologized and said he would be there soon. They yelled some more and he waited. Eventually they hung up and he turned to look at me, "want to come? We can get breakfast on the way."

"More like lunch," I laughed, "but no that's okay. I have some homework to do."

Leo raised an eyebrow, "you can bring it with you. I don't think our choreography is really all that entertaining."

I raised an eyebrow, "so you want me to study in the corner while you dance?"

"Yes, and after I can take you to dinner." He thought about it for a second, "at my house. And if you come, then we won't get stuck there late. Also I have a feeling that Emily will be there and you can chat."

"Oh." I didn't know what to say about that. It was kind of a good idea, mostly for the meeting Emily part and using me to leave early. "Is there a quieter place I could go if I need to?"

Leo nodded, "yeah there are change rooms you can use."

I nodded, "okay, sure."

"You'll come?" He looked at me with surprise, "really?"

I smiled, "yeah, you said you were going to feed me. Twice."

He laughed and went to slide out of the bed, "alright let's get going then. Breakfast awaits."

He went into my bathroom to put his clothes back on and asked for a toothbrush. I got him an extra one and got changed while he did his bathroom stuff. When he was done I went pee and brushed my teeth and washed my face. I thought about it for a long minute and decided not to put on makeup, just in case. But I did take the time to straighten and fix my bangs.

After, I grabbed my laptop, my chargers, and some scrap paper. I shoved them all into my purse and grabbed a couple pens at the last second. Then we headed out.

Roxy looked at us funny as we emerged from my bedroom. "How's it going?"

I gave her a small smile, "we are going to get breakfast and hangout. I'll see you later."

She nodded slowly, "have fun..."

We left before Roxy could really wrap her head around it. Leo had parked down the street a bit rather than in the parkade so we would have to go outside.

"Disguise time," he muttered and put on a hat and sunglasses. Then he pulled out another set from some magical pocket in his jacket. "You want one?"

My anxiety made me take them. And then I went rummaging through my purse and found a mask. I even took the time in the elevator to tuck my hair up into the hat, which probably ruined my bangs, but I was way too nervous.
