Chapter 24

The next day was another travel day. We got to take the same plane we had taken a few days earlier and everyone took up pretty much the same positions. Leo and I cuddled together in the same chairs and watched a movie together on his computer. The flight was a little over an hour so we didn't get to finish it.

When we landed, Leo and I went out on adventures first. The boys went to check us in to the hotel and bring our bags for us so that we could walk around and sight-see.

My heart wasn't completely in it, but I relaxed more and more as the day went on. We got food river-side for lunch, and decided to take dinner to go back at the hotel to eat it. We finished the movie while we ate and then managed to go to sleep early.

The next day was show day and it was the same sound check and concert activities as the other two.

Leo gave me a third shirt to wear and it made me laugh because it was just a giant picture of his face on it this time. No words or captions, just his face.

"This is my favourite one," Leo admitted with a grin.

I smiled back at him, "probably my favourite as well."

I paid attention to the whole concert, not taking my phone out once.

After the show, I hid in the dressing room instead of going to the meet and greet and Leo brought me snacks when they were done.

The next day was the last day we were together on this trip before I had to go back home. It was only going to be one more week before Leo was on break again and only two more months until he was done tour after that. And even though it was a little bumpy, I wouldn't change the trip for anything.

Leo and I went exploring again that day, spending as much time taking pictures and videos of our time together so we could remember it forever.

We had both lunch and dinner out since we didn't have a hotel room to return to, and after dinner we both went to the airport. Leo went to meet up with his band to go to the next city and I had to go through airport security. The same security guy who travelled with me through the airport the first time came with me again.

He looked more serious this time than the last time which was saying a lot.

I was sad about the week ending, but I was also really wanting to get home and see Rowan. We really needed to deal with some stuff, maybe even see a therapist if we have to.

When I got home, everyone was waiting for me. They all seemed to be in good spirits, which was not what I expected.

"We found something while you were gone!" Roxy said excitedly and Rowan turned on the TV to show me a webpage they were looking at. It was hooked up to Roxy's laptop but the screen was much bigger now. I raised an eyebrow at the three of them.

"Is that a house?"

Roxy laughed, "so, Scott and I both spoke to our parents and we managed to get some help. It has taken us a month of secrets which I have hated but also kind of enjoyed. Our parents were super great about it too. Which was the only way this was going to happen, but we bought the house and it has 4 bedrooms. So you and Rowan can rent from us until you're good to go."

I blinked at my best friend in surprise, "you bought a house?"

She jumped up and down a couple times, "I know right?! So weird, but anyways, we extended our rental thing one month and then we can all move in! But don't worry, its all covered already."

Roxy and I both jumped at each other at the same time, pulling each other in for a hug, "congratulations!" I told her and she laughed.

I hugged Scott next, and then turned to Rowan and gave him a hug too. "You like this plan?"
