NO ONE'S POV

Three days had passed since the emotional night at the DeBourbon mansion. Nayeon had buried herself in work at IMC, trying to distract herself from the lingering thoughts of Hans and their conversation at the pool.

Yet, no matter how busy she kept, the memory of Hans' kiss and her heartfelt words refused to leave her mind.

Nayeon was reviewing a stack of proposals when a knock at her office door broke her concentration. She looked up, surprised to see Lisa, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu entering the room.

"What are you three doing here?" Nayeon asked, her brows furrowing in confusion.

The sisters exchanged hesitant glances before Lisa stepped forward, her hands clasped in front of her.

"Nayeon unnie, we're here to apologize." Lisa said earnestly.

"For what exactly?" Nayeon said and leaned back in her chair, crossing her arms.

"For what happened a few nights ago at the mansion. We didn't mean to hurt you or make you feel uncomfortable. We just... we thought maybe it would help you realize something."Lisa answered.

"Realize what?" Nayeon's tone was sharp, though her curiosity was piqued.

"That you still love our Hans unnie," Lisa said softly, her eyes meeting Nayeon's.

Nayeon stiffened, her heart skipping a beat.

"We came here without Hans unnie's knowledge. She's in Milan right now for a business trip, so she doesn't know we're here." Chaeyoung quickly chimed in, her voice softer than her sister's.

"We know we shouldn't have meddled. But we've seen how much you two mean to each other, and we wanted to do something to help." Tzuyu added, her tone apologetic.

Nayeon stared at them, unsure how to respond. Their sincerity was evident, but the hurt from that night still lingered.

Lisa took a deep breath, deciding to be completely honest.

"There's something you need to know, Nayeon unnie. Something about what happened all those years ago." She began.

"What are you talking about?" Nayeon's eyes narrowed.

"The incident that caused your breakup with Hans unnie. The one that made you walk away from her." Lisa said carefully.

Nayeon's expression hardened, the painful memory of that night flashing through her mind.

"I don't want to talk about it." She said, her voice cold.

"But you need to hear this. Please, just listen." Lisa insisted, her voice firm but kind.

Nayeon hesitated but gave a small nod, her curiosity overriding her reluctance.

Lisa stepped closer, her expression serious.

"What happened that night... it wasn't what you thought. Hans unnie was set up by her secretary."

Nayeon's eyes widened slightly, but she didn't say anything, waiting for Lisa to continue.

"After Hans unnke finished her workout in her office that day, her secretary brought her a glass of juice. What Hans unnie didn't know was that the juice had been spiked with sleeping pills. She drank it, and within minutes, she passed out on the couch. She didn't even have her shirt on because she had just finished working out." Lisa explained.

Nayeon's breath hitched, her mind racing.

"When you walked in, it was right time Hans had woken up. The secretary had kissed her while she was still groggy. Hans unnie was confused and disoriented, and then you came in and saw...everything." Lisa said, her voice filled with anger at the memory.
