"SO HOW WAS IT!" Gavin's voice boomed through the Dodger Clubhouse as he caught up to his friend the shortstop who was busy tying his cleats getting ready for the upcoming game.
"Like I said through the call!" his hands working the lace of his white new balances cleats. "Nothing else happened I promise." his finger leaving the strings, closing into a fist with his pinky being separated. "Pinky promise"
Gavin accepted the childish gesture, but his eyes rolled in the back of his head as he worked towards his messy locker. His eyes scanning over the mess as he looked for a specific pair of shoes mixed in with his 10 different pairs of jerseys. "I really need to clean this huh." his voice barely above a whisper as he slightly mumble, but Tommy was able to hear it clear enough.
As the 2nd basemen and shortstop continued to get ready an idea slightly brewed in Tommy's head. Ever since he had seen Olivia and Brianna the girl Gavin was talking to he couldn't help but notice similarities between them so he thought why not try and get them in the same room.
"Yo Gav quick question?" Edman turned to the blonde who was messing with his cap as they made their way through the dugout tunnels.
Gavin's eyes gazed down to his friend, "quick answer."
"How would you feel if we did a double date?" his fingers gesturing between them both
Gavin couldn't help, but crack a slight joke, "Aww you want to take me out on a date?" his hand working to fan himself as he pretended to be flustered.
"Shut up you know what I meant"
"Yeah yeah, let me message her when do you want to set it up?"
"Uhm maybe next tuesday?"
"Okay yeah let me see what she says."
"Cool"

Olivia's eyes were stuck on the screen as she watched her situationship stand in the batters box. Ever since they had both begun talking she had caught herself watching even more Dodgers game which should be a given.
"So Olivia you never told me how your date went?" Amaya had sat next to her work bestie as the older lady had placed some chips with dipping sauce right in front of them right on top of her glass coffee table that sat right in the middle of the living room.
